Abstract

PURPOSE: Electric fan blades and a producing method thereof are provided to generate far infrared ray from the electric fan blades while preventing dust from being attached on the blades. CONSTITUTION: Electric fan blades are formed by stone such as germ stone or elvan for generating far infrared ray. Moreover, dusts are not attached on the electric fan blades by forming the blades by using the stone. Herein, stone powder is mixed with synthetic resin for preventing generation of electrostatic discharge. 30-70wt% of stone powder is mixed with the synthetic resin for producing the electric fan blades. Then, the mixture is injection molded for producing the blades. Herein, the stone powder is formed by 200-500 meshes. Therefore, the electric fan blades formed by stone such as the germ stone or the elvan generate far infrared ray. Moreover, dust in air or fiber particles are not attached on the blades.
