Abstract

A polyester resin accessory manufacturing method is provided to reduce the number of bacteria and antifungal materials repressing the growth of hyphae by mixing fine polyester resin grains, fine tourmaline grains, hardening agent solution, accelerator solution, and pigment solution. A polyester resin accessory manufacturing method comprises the steps of: crushing polyester resin into fine grains of 500~1000 meshes in a first crusher receiving the polyester resin; crushing tourmaline into fine grains of 500~1000 meshes in a second crusher receiving the tourmaline; transferring fine polyester resin grains and fine tourmaline grains to a mixer through transfer conveyors and metering valves; receiving hardening agent solution of 1g, accelerator solution of 1g, and pigment solution of 1g from each hopper through constant flow discharge valves and mixing the received materials in the mixer receiving fine polyester resin grains of 100g and fine tourmaline grains of 20g; molding the mixture in the shape of a button or an accessory by a mold; and producing the button or the accessory by cooling down the molded material at normal temperature.
