Claims (6)
- 가열된 용융물 분배 다기관(16)과 형틀(12) 내에 설치된 복수 개의 노즐(10)들을 갖춘 주입 주형 장치로서, 이 장치에서 각 노즐(10)은 관통형 후방 끝(46)과 용융물 구멍(102)을 가지고 있으며 이들을 통하여 용융물을 출입구(18)로 수송하여 공동(20)을 향하게 연장되어 있으며, 용융물 분배 다기관(16)은 전방면(56)을 가지고 있으며 용융물 통로(14)가 이들을 통해 연장되어 있으며, 복수 개의 분지관(96)들을 가지고 있는 통로(14)들이 범용 흡입구 부위(94)로부터 노즐(10)들 중 하나를 통하여 연장된 용융물 구멍(102)과 함께 정렬되어 있는 용융물 분배 다기관(16)의 전방면 상의 출입구(98)로 연장되어 있으므로, 이러한 개선점을 포함하고 있으므로, 용융물 분배 다기관(16)과 접해 있는 후방 끝(54)을 갖는 마운팅 베이스(50)로부터 연장되어 있는 각각의 노즐(10)과 전방으로 개방된 관통형 시트(48)를 갖는 각각의 마운팅 베이스(50), 관통형 시트(48)로부터 후방으로 관통되어 후방 끝(54)에 까지 연장되어 있는 용융물 구멍(100), 그리고, 용융물 통로(14)의 출구(98)들 중 하나를 통하여 상기 노즐(10)을 통해 연장되어 있는 정렬된 용융물 구멍(102)에 이르기 까지 연장되 마운팅 베이스(50)를 통하여 용융물 구멍(100)과 함께 마운팅 베이스(50)들 중 하나의 관통형 시트(48)에 나사로 고정된 각 노즐(10)의 후방 끝(46)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 마운팅 베이스(50)가 용융물 분배 다기관(16)에단단히 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 형틀(12)이 전방면(84)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 다기관 판(24)과 후방 면(86)을 갖는 공동 판(26)으로 구성되고, 다기관 판(24)의 전방 면(84)이 공동 판(26)의 후방 면(86)에 접해 있고, 각 노즐(10)이 전방으로 개구부(60)를 거쳐 다기관 판(24)을 통해 연장되어 있고, 각각의 마운팅 베이스(50)는 원형 플랜지 부위(64)를 가지고 있으며 전방의 원형 시트(66)로 연장되어 다기관 판(24)을 통해 상기 개구부(60)의 근방으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 가열된 노즐(10)이 땅콩-모양의 연계 가능한 부위(76)를 가지고 있으며 전방으로 향해 다기관 판(24)의 전방 면(84)으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다기관 판(24)의 전방 면(84)들 중 하나와 각 노즐(10)에 있는 와이어(78)들을 작동시키는 공동 판(26)의 후방 면(86)에 하나의 채널이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
- 각각의 노즐(10)이 하나의 가열 요소(80)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주입 주형 장치.
