처방예 2와 비교예 2의 영양로션을 피부에 도포했을 때 미백효과에 대한 혼합 식물 추출물의 영향을 실험하기 위해 20세∼55세의 여성층으로서 20명을 선정하였다. Mexameter로 왼팔과 오른팔에 10MED (Minimum Ederma Dose)의 자외선을 쬐이고 왼팔 안쪽에는 실시예 2의 영양로션을, 오른팔 안쪽에는 비교예 2의 영양로션을 도포하였다. 아침, 저녁으로 1일 2회 도포한 후 1일, 3일, 5일, 1주, 2주 3주 및 4주후에 Mexameter를 이용하여 홍반 지수와 멜라닌 지수를 측정하였다.
