Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is snail feed to increase the amount of chondroitin sulfate for breeding high-quality snails by using seaweeds and grapes. CONSTITUTION: Brown seaweeds and kelp are minced or ground to mix with calcium materials and general snail feed. Water 20-50% is mixed to the feed for being slurry. Each amount of seaweeds, calcium materials and general snail feed is 50wt.%, 40wt.% and 10wt.%, respectively, comparing with the total dried feed amount. For another example, 40wt.%(w/w) of 100% grape juice is added to the feed instead of mixing with water.

Description

콘드로이틴 황산의 함량을 증가시키는 달팽이용 사료 및 이를 이용하여 양식한 달팽이{Snail Feeds that increasing the amount of condroitin sulfate and the Snail breeded using thereof}Snail Feeds that increasing the amount of condroitin sulfate and the Snail breeded using approximately}

The present invention relates to a feed for a snail and a snail cultured using the same, and more particularly, to a method of using seaweed and grapes such as seaweed as a feed for an edible snail.

Although snails are recognized as unfamiliar foods in Korea, there are many lovers as energetic and tonic foods in France and Japan. Edible snails contain a mucopolysaccharide (mucopolysaccharide) component, the main component of the mucopolysaccharide is chondroitin sulfate. Condroitin Sulfate activates skin and tissues by retaining moisture in human tissues. Supplying enough chondroitin sulfate in cell tissues is known to help rejuvenate cells, reduce cell shrinkage, reduce moisture, and deposit unnecessary substances, thus preventing aging and preventing adult diseases. In addition, chondroitin sulfate has effects such as lowering blood sugar and treating pediatric underdevelopment.

An object of the present invention is to provide a new snail aquaculture feed that can increase the content of chondroitin sulfate exhibiting a variety of excellent pharmacological and physiological activity as described above edible snail components.

It is also an object of the present invention to provide an edible snail having a high content of chondroitin sulfate.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a feed comprising seaweed and / or grape juice, and a snail cultured using the feed.

Conventional edible snail farming has been made using general blended feed or farm by-products. General feed contains crude protein, crude fat, crude oil, crude ash, calcium, phosphorus and lysine.

Edible snails have already been recognized as high-quality cooking ingredients in Europe and the like, but in Korea, they have not yet escaped the image of hate foods. Attempts were made to produce high-quality meat that is different from the general feed.

However, in this process, snails cultured using seaweed and / or grapes have not only off-flavor, but also have inherent color and luster, and their meat quality is improved. It was found to increase significantly.

Seaweed used as a snail culture feed in the present invention includes seaweed, kelp, etc., it is possible to be any seaweed or fresh seaweed in a dried state. Dried seaweed is soaked in water and ground to use as feed. In addition, it is economical because parts such as stems other than the decorated part can be ground and used as feed.

In addition, the results of using grape juice as the main ingredient of the snail aquaculture feed increased the content of chondroitin sulfate when about 40% by weight of the grape juice was added, especially seaweed feed when the grape juice was added to the snail farming using the seaweed feed instead of water. It can be seen that the chondroitin sulfate significantly increased more than two times than in the case.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to specific embodiments. However, the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

In addition, the snail using the snail aquaculture feed using the seaweed and grape juice of the present invention was found to increase chondroitin sulfate more than five times compared to the general edible snail.

In addition, the contents of mucopolysaccharides including chondroitin sulfate increased more than two times even when snails were cultured using grape juice without using seaweed.

As such, snails cultured using seaweed and / or grape juice as feed ingredients significantly contribute to the export by providing high-quality snails by significantly increasing the content of chondroitin sulfate, which is effective in preventing aging, lowering blood sugar, and preventing adult diseases. It is expected to be possible.

In addition, the present invention can provide a food that meets the desire of modern people to ingest natural food by farming snails using natural feed such as seaweed or grape juice.
