Abstract

본 발명은 알칼리성인 칼슘 이온과 산성인 비타민C를 중화가 가능하도록 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰 이상의 아스코르브산을 섭취함으로써 칼슘 제재의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 알칼리화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 알칼리화에 의한 칼슘 결석을 예방하고, 아울러, 비타민 C의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 산성화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 산성화에 의한 비칼슘결석을 예방할 수 있는 칼슘과 비타민C 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.

Description

칼슘과 비타민C 조성물{A component of calcium and vitamin C}
본 발명은 칼슘과 비타민C 조성물에 관한 것이다.
칼슘은 뼈의 주성분이 되고, 칼슘이 부족하면 어린이들의 성장에 장해를 가져오고 중년층 이상의 사람들에게 골다공증이나 골절을 가져오기 때문에 그 섭취의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 특히 한국인의 하루 평균 칼슘 섭취량은 0.5g으로 WHO의 권장량인 0.8g에 크게 못 미친다.
한편 비타민 C는 수용성이고 가장 일반적인 항산화제로서 다량 섭취가 가능하고, 다량 섭취하면 저항력을 크게 증가시키고 발암물질에 상처를 입은 조직이 바이러스 유전자에 의해 암으로 변하는 것을 억제할 수 있다.
그런데 염화칼슘은 다량 섭취시 신장에 부담을 줄 수 있으며, 다른 칼슘제재들은 강알칼리와 약산의 결합으로서 칼슘의 용해도가 크게 떨어진다.
칼슘 제재의 다량 섭취는 대장에서 알칼리화에 의한 설사를 일으킬 수 있으며, 콩팥에서 알칼리화에 의한 칼슘 결석을 일으킬 수 있다.
한편, 비타민 C의 다량 섭취는 대장에서 산성화에 의한 설사를 일으킬 수 있으며, 콩팥에서 산성화에 의한 비칼슘 결석을 일으킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과는 알칼리성인 칼슘 이온과 산성인 비타민C를 중화가 가능하도록 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰 이상의 아스코르브산을 섭취함으로써 칼슘제재의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 알칼리화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 알칼리화에 의한 칼슘 결석을 예방하고, 아울러, 비타민 C의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 산성화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 산성화에 의한 비칼슘결석을 예방할 수 있는 칼슘과 비타민C 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 알칼리성인 칼슘 이온과 산성인 비타민C를 당량 대 당량으로 섭취할 수 있도록, 당량 대 당량의 혼합물을 만들어 중화된 혼합물을 만들어 섭취하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
그러나 칼슘은 강 전해질이고 비타민 C는 약 전해질이므로, 당량 대 당량으로 혼합하면 실제로는 약 알칼리 용액이 된다.
그러므로 본 발명에서는 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰 이상의 아스코르브산을 작용시켜 전자 하나를 잃고 자유 라디칼인 세미데히드로-L-아스코르브산이 되도록 하여, 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰이 넘는 세미데히드로-L-아스코르브산이 함께 섭취되도록 함으로써 산 염기 평형을 맞추어 칼슘과 비타민 C를 안전하게 다량 섭취할 수 있도록 하는 칼슘-비타민C 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 물과 혼합하여 수용액으로 섭취하도록 하거나, 건조시켜 분말이나 알약으로 섭취하도록 한다.
본 발명의 조성물을 수용액으로 만들어 카페인을 넣거나, 감미료나 다른 비타민, 미네랄 이온, 탄산가스, 향신료, 향 등의 첨가물을 넣을 수도 있다.
본 발명은 이렇듯 알칼리성인 칼슘 이온과 산성인 비타민C를 중화가 가능하도록 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰 이상의 아스코르브산을 섭취함으로써, 칼슘제재의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 알칼리화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 알칼리화에 의한 칼슘 결석을 예방하고, 아울러, 비타민 C의 다량 섭취에 의한 대장에서의 산성화에 의한 설사와, 콩팥에서의 산성화에 의한 비칼슘결석을 예방할 수 있는 칼슘과 비타민C 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 알칼리성인 칼슘 이온과 산성인 비타민C를 중화가 가능하도록 칼슘 1몰에 대하여 2몰이 넘는 아스코르브산의 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘과 비타민C 혼합 조성물.
