본 발명의 구성을 첨부 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. PC Wire WallPanel(20)은 도 1a에서 도시된 바와 같이 Wire Truss(14)의 Lattice Wire(11)에 일정한 간격으로 Web Wire(12)를 용착시켜 제작하는 Wire Truss(14)를 일정한 간격으로 정렬하고 그 양면에 일정한 간격으로 Horizontal Wire(13)를 가로로 용착하여 3차원으로 용착된 철선 구조체(15, Wire Structure)를 형성하고 그 중심에 경량 Insulation(16)을 삽입하여 통상적인 Wire Panel(18)을 제조한다. Wire Panel의 표면에 소요되는 철근 또는 Wire Mesh를 보강하고 양면에 Concrete(17)를 PC 공법으로 타설하고 적절하게 양생하여 PC Wire Wall Panel(20)을 완성하는 것이 재래적인 PC Wire Wall Panel을 제조하는 방법인 것이다. 본 기술은 PC Wire Wall Panel을 제조하면서 동시에 미장 석재를 설치하는 기술인 것이다. 미장 석재를 PC Wall Panel에 습식으로 설치하는 방법은 다음과 같은 순서로 진행된다. 양면에 미장 석재를 설치할 때는 Wire Panel에 PC를 타설하기 위한 거푸집 Form의 바닥에 돌의 표면이 밑을 향하게 일정한 간격을 띄워서 움직이지 않게 정열하고 그 위에 시멘트 몰탈이나 콘크리트를 타설하고 그 위에 Wire Panel을 설치하고 그 위에 몰탈이나 콘크리트(17)를 타설하고 그 위에 미장석재를 일정한 간격을 유지하게 습식으로 설치하는 것이다. 표면에 미장 석재가 설치된 PC Wire Wall Panel은 현장에 운반되어 일반적인 Curtain Wall 시공방식으로 건물의 철골조 또는 콘크리트 구조체에 설치되는 것이다.The configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. PC Wire Wall Panel을 운반하고 설치하는 것을 용이하게 하기 위하여 PC Wire Panel에 보강용으로 종으로 설치되어 매몰되는 철근의 머리에 암나선 구멍(Female Threaded Hole)를 만들어 그 끝이 PC Panel의 끝과 수평을 이루게 하고 PC Panel의 양생이 완료되면 한 끝이 둥그런 고리로 형성되고 그 반대끝이 숫나사(Male Threaded Bolt)로 형성되는 고리를 Panel의 암나선 구멍에 돌려 박아 넣어서 그 고리에 로프를 걸어서 Panel을 운반 설치할 수 있는 것이다.
