Abstract
Description
The purpose of the PC Wire Wall Panel is to make the construction of the corner where the wall meet the wall simple, safe and beautiful.
The present invention belongs to the technical field of the conventional wire panel method. Although the wire panel method has many advantages, it has been pointed out that the limitation of structural force and the micro crack of the wall should be compensated for.The development of the PC wire panel with PC processing by the precast concrete method on both sides of the wire panel has been pointed out. It solved the limitation of structural force and the problem of cracking on the surface which the Wire Panel did not solve. However, when the PC wire panel manufactured by the Precast Concrete technique is assembled in the field, it is true that the corner treatment formed by the walls and the walls are not easy to meet, and the present invention was developed to solve such a difficulty.
The present invention is to provide a technology for easier construction of the finish of the corners where the wall and the wall meet each other in the construction of the wall with PC Wire Wall Panel, furthermore, to design the building with PC Wire Wall Panel In the process of manufacturing walls and assembling the fabricated walls, modularization techniques are applied to shorten the air, save construction costs, and ultimately improve the quality of the building.

The configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1A, the PC Wire Wall Panel arranges the wire truss 14 fabricated by welding the web wire 12 to the lattice wire 11 of the wire truss 14 at regular intervals, and on both sides thereof. Weld the horizontal wire 13 horizontally at regular intervals to form a three-dimensional welded wire structure (15, wire structure) and insert a lightweight insulation (16) in the center to manufacture a conventional wire panel (18) do. Reinforcing reinforcement or wire mesh required on the surface of the wire panel, and placing the concrete (17) on both sides by PC method and curing appropriately to complete the PC wire wall panel (20) to manufacture the conventional PC wire wall panel It is a way. Using the PC Panel (20) completed as described above, the wall meets the wall and the walls intersect. "," "," "There is a difficulty in constructing a wall of shape, so a new technique is required to eliminate this difficulty, and the present invention has been developed to meet this need. Shape of "," Shape of "or" Assemble in the shape of "and install the required rebar on its surface and each" "Die of shape," "Die of shape," "After placing them in the formwork, inject and cure Concrete () so that the surface of the assembled Wire Panel 18 is sufficiently buried." "Shape (FIG. 1B)," "Shape (FIG. 2A)," "To build an integrated PC wall of the shape (FIG. 2B). "If you build a house shaped like four" "Pre-shaped PC walls (Figure 1b) are pre-installed at the four corners of the slab and finished with PC Wire Wall Panels between them to complete the walls. There are many walls inside the building, such as houses, apartments and hotels. The building can be designed so that the PC Wire Wall Panel acts as a bearing wall, and the multi-storied design is possible. "," "," "It is effective to construct the walls between corners after pre-assembling all the shaped walls. In this case, the walls needed between the walls can be constructed as one wall in most cases.
The expected effect of the present invention is that it can be an opportunity to promote modularity of the precast concrete construction method.
