Claims (6)
- 하부기판 상에 캐소드 전극, 게이트 전극, 게이트 절연막 및 에미터팁이 형성된 캐소드 기판;상부기판 상에 형광물질이 코팅된 애노드 기판;상기 캐소드 기판 및 상기 애노드 기판을 소정의 간격으로 유지시키기 위한 스페이서;상기 캐소드 기판의 일측에 형성된 띠 형상의 고 다공성 박막 게터;상기 캐소드 기판 상에 상기 게터의 양단부분이 삽입되어 고정될 수 있도록 형성된 제1 고정부재; 및상기 캐소드 기판과 상기 애노드 기판의 주변부를 진공실링하기 위한 실링부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고정부재는 상기 게터의 일측단이 삽입되는 직선형 그루브가 형성되어 있는 제1 고정부 및 상기 게터의 타측단이 삽입되는 직선형 그루브가 형성되어 있는 제2 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고정부재는 'ㄷ'자형의 제1 및 제2 고정부를 포함하며, 상기 'ㄷ'자형의 제1 및 제2 고정부는 소정의 간격을 두고 개방된 측이 서로대향하도록 상기 캐소드 기판 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 게터의 좌우이동을 방지하기 위하여 상기 캐소드 전극 상의 상기 게터의 중심부의 양측면부분에 형성된 제2 고정부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고정부재는 소다라임 유리 또는 감광성 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 전계방출 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게터는 RF 가열법을 이용하여 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출 표시장치.
