Claims (6)
- 기공 크기가 1000Å 내지 10 미크론 범위의 거대 기공을 0.05 cc/g 내지 0.5 cc/g을 가지고 10∼500Å의 분포를 가진 미세 기공이 0.10 cc/g 내지 0.9cc/g를 가진 주석 함유 알루미나 담체에 활성 성분으로 Ⅷ족 금속성분을 최종 촉매의 원소 중량으로 0.05∼2.0중량, 주석(Sn)을 최종 촉매의 원소 중량으로 0.05∼1.0중량, 알칼리 1족 혹은 2족 성분이 원소 중량으로 0.05∼3.0중량, 염소 함량이 원소 중량으로 0.0∼2.0 중량를 가지며 다음의 과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소반응용 촉매의 제조방법.1) 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속 성분이 포함되어 있는 수용액과 글리코릭산과 적어도 하나 이상의 알칼리 1족 혹은 2족 금속이 포함되어 있는 수용액을 상온∼40℃에서 제조하여 2분∼2시간 정도 유지한다.2) 상기 두 가지 용액을 섞은 후 상온∼40℃에서 2분∼2시간 정도 유지한다.3) 이 혼합용액과 주석 함유 알루미나 담체를 혼합한다.4) 혼합한 후 상온에서 0.5∼4시간 교반 후, 80∼105℃에서 0.5∼10시간 동안 교반하여 담지한다.5) 이후 100∼450℃에서 0.5∼24시간 건조한 후, 500∼700℃에서 0.5∼20시간 등온에서 질소 또는 산소 흐름 공간 속도(GHSV : Gas Hourly Space Velovity) 100∼5000 hr-1로 소성한다.6) 촉매를 소성한 후 99.9이상의 순도를 가진 수소를 1.0∼500 GHSV로 흘리며, 400∼600℃에서 0.1∼48시간 환원시켜 최종 촉매를 얻는다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알칼리 1족 혹은 2족 원소로 칼륨(K), 세슘(Cs), 칼슘(Ca), 마그네슘(Mg), 바륨(Ba)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소반응용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Ⅷ족 금속성분으로 로듐(Rh), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소반응용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 황 성분을 원소 중량으로 4 중량이내 함유시키는 공정이 추가된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소 반응용 촉매의 제조방법.
