Abstract

PURPOSE: A portable burner for skewered food is provided to evenly heat skewered food by rotating skewers, keep clean the burner by collecting oil generated in the process of burning skewered food in an oil tray, and keep the warmth of the cooked food until eating by putting the food on a grill part. CONSTITUTION: A portable burner for skewed food includes ceramic plates(5) mounted on both inner surfaces of a burning chamber(14) in parallel, a drawer type oil tray mounted on a bottom surface of a main body, a grill(10) mounted on a top part of the burning chamber to put skewered food skewer rotating plates(10) mounted at upper parts of the burning chamber, and skewers(15) inserted into the rotation plates, when the cooking of skewered food is finished the food is maintained warmly by putting the food on the grill.
