Claims (6)
- 주성분으로써 Sr, Bi, Nb 및 O를 함유한 압전 재료를 포함하는 압전 기판과,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하도록 형성된 적어도 한 쌍의 진동 전극을 포함하고,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하여 형성된 중첩 전극들에 의해 한정된 에너지 트래핑 영역 내에서 두께 팽창 3차 고조파(thickness extensional third harmonic wave)를 여기하여 동작되며,값 L/t가 9보다 작고, 여기에서 L은 상기 진동 전극들에 평행한 직선이 에너지 트래핑 영역의 외주부와 교차하는 점들 사이의 최대 거리를 나타내고, t는 상기 진동 전극들 사이의 거리를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압전 재료의 주성분이 SrBi2Nb2O9임을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 주성분으로써 Sr, Bi, Ti 및 O를 함유한 압전 재료를 포함하는 압전 기판과,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하도록 형성된 적어도 한 쌍의 진동 전극을 포함하고,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하여 형성된 중첩 전극들에 의해 한정된 에너지 트래핑 영역 내에서 두께 팽창 3차 고조파(thickness extensional third harmonic wave)를 여기하여 동작되며,값 L/t가 9보다 작고, 여기에서 L은 상기 진동 전극들에 평행한 직선이 에너지 트래핑 영역의 외주부와 교차하는 점들 사이의 최대 거리를 나타내고, t는 상기 진동 전극들 사이의 거리를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 압전 재료의 주성분이 SrBi4Ti4O15임을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
- 주성분으로써 Ca, Bi, Ti 및 O를 함유한 압전 재료를 포함하는 압전 기판과,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하도록 형성된 적어도 한 쌍의 진동 전극을 포함하고,상기 압전 기판의 양주면상에 서로 대향하여 형성된 중첩 전극들에 의해 한정된 에너지 트래핑 영역 내에서 두께 팽창 3차 고조파(thickness extensional third harmonic wave)를 여기하여 동작되며,값 L/t가 9보다 작고, 여기에서 L은 상기 진동 전극들에 평행한 직선이 에너지 트래핑 영역의 외주부와 교차하는 점들 사이의 최대 거리를 나타내고, t는 상기 진동 전극들 사이의 거리를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 압전 소자.
