Claims (5)
- 볼록금형과 오목금형 사이에 단량체를 주입하여서 자외선을 조사하여 형성된 콘택트렌즈에 있어서,상기 볼록금형의 렌즈접촉면의 외측으로 일정각도 경사져 형성된 경사면을 형성하고, 저면에는 선반지그를 삽입하는 지그끼움공에 선반지그가 걸려지는 지그걸림턱을 다단으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조용 금형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 볼록금형의 경사면의 각도는 20 ∼ 40 °인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조용 금형.
- 콘택트렌즈의 원자재인 단량체를 마그네틱바가 들어 있는 교반통에 넣어서 완전하게 혼합시키는 단계와;상기 단량체 혼합물을 볼록금형 및 오목금형 사이에 주입하고서 자외선을 주사하여서 주입된 단량체를 완전하게 중합시키는 단계와;상기 결과물에서 오목금형을 탈착시킨 후에 중합된 콘택트렌즈가 정상적으로 형성되었는 지를 확인 검사하는 단계와;상기 볼록금형의 지그끼움공에 선반지그를 삽입하여 고정시킨 후에 상기 콘택트렌즈의 볼록부위를 선반으로 절삭하여 가공하고, 콘택트렌즈를 볼록금형에서 분리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 볼록금형과 오목금형 사이에 주입되는 단량체는 0.1 ∼ 0.3ml를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 단량체에 365nm 파장의 자외선을 10분 ∼ 20 분동안 조사하여서 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
