- 필름(11)을 공급하는 필름이송기(18)와 하부에는 이형제(12)가 저장되는 이형제함(13)이 거치되고 일측에 커터(17)가 부착된 이형제묻힘롤러(27)와 압착롤러(22)가 밀착되며 필름이송기(18)에서 인입된 필름(11)을 상기 이형제묻힘롤러(27)와 압착롤러(22) 사이로 통과시키면서 이형제(12)를 피복시키고 건조실(14a)은 온도를 표시하는 온도표시기(26)가 부착된 피복기(19)와, 열풍기(24)에서 송풍관(25)을 통과하여 분사관(15)의 분사구(36)로 열을 공급받아 피복기(19)에서 송출되는 피복필름(16)을 건조시키며 내측에 온도를 감지하는 센서에 의해 일정한 온도를 유지할 수 있는 피복필름건조실(14a)과, 하부에 물감(35)이 저장되는 물감함(29)이 거치되고 일측에 커터(17)가 부착된 물감묻힘롤러(34)와 압착롤러(22)가 밀착되며 피복필름건조실(14a)에서 인입된 피복필름(16)을 물감묻힘롤러(34)와 압착롤러(22) 사이로 통과시키면서 물감(35)을 착색시키며 건조실(14b)은 온도를 표시하는 온도표시기(26)가 부착된 다수개의 착색기(21)와, 상기 착색기(21)에서 송출되는 착색필름(37)을 건조시키며 내측에 온도를 감지하는 센서에 의해 일정한 온도를 유지할 수 있는 다수개의 건조실(14b-14e)과, 상기 착색필름(37)이 다수개의 착색기(21)를 통과하고 다수개의 건조실(14b-14e)을 통과한 착색필름(37)을 회수기(23)로 구성되는 공정과, 회수된 착색필름(37)을 은박으로 은박층(33)을 증착시키는 은박증착공정과, 은박이 증착된 필름의 은박층(33)을 보호하기 위한 보강층(31)접착공정과, 원 필름(11)과 이형제 부분(12,33,31,32)을 분리 박리하는 박리공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱용 다 착색 홀로그램 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열풍장치의 분사관(15)은건조실(14a,14b,14c,14d,14e) 롤러의 배열과 같은 방법으로 배열되며 각 건조실마다 송풍배관(25)이 분리하여 배관되고 송풍배관(25)에 부착된 밸브(28)에 의해 상이한 열풍을 공급할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱용 다 착색 홀로그램 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도표시기(26)는 건조실(14a,14b,14c,14d,14e)의 센서와 연계되어 센서의 설정온도가 표시되고 피복필름(16) 건조실(14a)의 온도는 100±10℃로 설정되고, 착색필름(37) 건조실(14b-14d)의 온도는 55∼65±10℃로 설정되고 착색필름(37) 마지막 건조실(14e)의 온도는 170±10℃로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱용 다 착색 홀로그램 제조공정.
