Claims (9)
- 시멘트 킬른에 시멘트 원료와 연료를 함께 장입하여 시멘트 클링커를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트를 상기 시멘트 원료에 연료중량에 대하여 10중량% 이하 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트의 첨가량이 연료중량에 대하여 3-7중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 킬른의 가스를 일정한 비율로 바이패스 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 바이패스율이 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 슈레더 더스트중의 Cl 함량이 2400-7200ppm 이고, 슈레더 더스트의 첨가량이 연료의 중량에 대하여 3-7중량% 이고, 바이패스율이 1-3% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 슈레더 더스트가 플라스틱 류: 32-36%, 스폰지류: 19-22%, 헝겊류: 9-12%, 철류: 5-7%, 고무류: 2-8%, 종이류: 1-2%, 및 더스트: 22-23% 를 포함하여 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제6항에 있어서, 슈레더 더스트의 입도가 16mm 이상: 56-62%, 16-4.75mm: 12-18%, 4.75-2.8mm: 2-5%, 2.8mm 이하: 14-19% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 슈레더 더스트가 플라스틱 류: 32-36%, 스폰지류: 19-22%, 헝겊류: 9-12%, 철류: 5-7%, 고무류: 2-8%, 종이류: 1-2%, 및 더스트: 22-23% 를 포함하여 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조공정에서 폐 자동차 슈레더 더스트 처리방법
