Claims (8)
- 코를 통하는 방법 등으로 체내의 천자부위까지 삽입되어 생리식염수 등의 유체에 의해 확장되고 천자되는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르에 있어서, 상기 벌룬이 경피적으로 천자침에 의해 천자될 때 바로 파열하지 않아서 내강을 확보할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벌룬이 두께 0.01 내지 1mm, 인장강도 8내지 25MPa, 인열강도 20 내지 60kg/cm, 100% 모듈러스 3 내지 6MPa, 신장도 300 내지 460%, 벌룬 내압 2.8 내지 75psi이고, 천자침으로 천자하는 순간에 파열하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벌룬 내의 생리식염수 등의 유체에 비하여 초음파 에코의 전달 레벨이 현저히 다른 재질로 이루어진 카테테르 샤프트부가 벌룬 내강의 거의 중앙에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 삽입 조작성의 향상을 위해 미리 관강 장기에 내장된 가이드 와이어를 따라 벌룬 카테테르가 쉽게 삽입되도록 하는 내강(루멘)이 제공되거나 또는 카테테르의 허리부분을 올리기 위한 스타일렛이 카테테르에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르.
- 제 1항에 있어서, X선 조영 없이 삽입 조작이 가능하도록 눈금이 카테테르 샤프트에 갖춰져 있고 동시에 벌룬의 팽창을 확인하기 위한 파일롯트 벌룬이 커넥터 부근에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 천자용 벌룬 카테테르.
- 적어도 제 1항의 천자용 벌룬 카테테르, 가이드 와이어 유도용의 초음파 에코상을 명확하게 잡을 수 있게 하기 위한 조면 가공 등이 행해진 천자침, 튜브 유도용 눈금 등을 갖춘 가이드 와이어, 천자부 확장용 시스 부착 다일레이터 및 유치용 카테테르의 조합으로 이루어지고, 초음파 프로브를 구비한 초음파 에코 진단 장치를 사용함으로써 상기 천자침 등을 내시경 없이 또는 X선 조영 없이도 도입가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 튜브 도입 용구.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 유치용 카테테르가 주로 식도를 경유하여 위내에 유치하고 소화액의 배출 또는 약제 용액의 주입 등을 행하기 위한 카테테르이고, 선단으로부터 약 10cm의 위치에 20mm이상의 팽창 직경을 갖는 벌룬이 설치되어 있고, 벌룬의 선단측에 적어도 1개의 측공이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 튜브 도입 용구.
- 천자를 하여도 바로 파열하지 않는 벌룬 카테테르를 천자부위까지 코를 통하는 방법 등으로 삽입하고 생리식염수 등의 유체로 벌룬을 확장시키고 체외에서 초음파 프로브를 사용하여 벌룬 및 카테테르 샤프트의 위치를 확인하면서 천자침으로 카테테르 샤프트를 목표로 벌룬을 천자하고, 확실히 천자된 것을 벌룬 및/또는 샤프트에의 천자 촉감 및 천자침 말단으로부터 벌룬 안의 유체의 유출로 확인함과 동시에 상기 벌룬에 의해 내강을 확보하면서 천자침을 통해 가이드 와이어를 벌룬내에 삽입하고, 천자침을 뽑아내고 천자용 벌룬 카테테르를 더욱 진행시켜 가이드 와이어를 목적부위에 유치시키고 시스 부착 다일레이터로 천자부를 확장하고 다일레이터를 뽑고, 시스를 경유하여 유치용 카테테르를 목적부위에 유치하고 소화액의 배출 및 약제 용액의 주입 등의 루트를 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 튜브 도입 용구의 사용방법.
