Claims (5)
- 액체 속에 존재하는 부유물질을 제거함에 있어서,섬유사, 부직포, 스폰지 등과 같은 신축성 여재로 여층(21)을 형성시키고, 원수 공급부(3)에서 처리수 배출부(1)까지 공극율과 공극의 크기를 서로 다르게 조절할 수 있도록 1개 또는 그 이상의 공극제어낭(24)을 이용하여 여층을 수평방향과 수직방향으로 압착한 상태에서 여과하고, 세척시에는 공극제어낭(24)에 유체를 흡입 또는 배출시키는 동작을 반복하면서 세척용 공기를 여과장치의 하부로부터 공급하여 세척수를 여과장치의 상하 양 방향에서 선택하여 공급하거나 배출할 수 있도록 고안한 공극 제어형 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스프링(35)의 복원력과 반발력을 여재의 압착과 팽창에 보조적으로 이용한 공극제어형 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공극제어낭(24)을 여재와 분리된 공간에 설치하고, 공극제어낭(24)의 한쪽 끝에 길이가 서로 다른 여재를 연결시키고, 공극제어낭(24)이 수직방향으로 팽창되고 수축되도록 하여, 공극의 크기가 여층(21)의 수직방향으로 연속적으로 작아지거나 커지도록 한 공극제어형 다층 여과장치.
- 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 완전히 독립된 2개 이상의 여층을 갖는 공극 제어형 다층 여과장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 여과기 본체(2)가 장방형 또는 정방형인 여과 장치.
