PURPOSE: A realtime recruit system through interactive internet communication is provided to organize the recruit that are preferred by the businesses, to mutually supply basic information related to employment, and to create an interface that enables interactive communication. CONSTITUTION: A recruit manager provides the visual company introduction(21) and recruit information(22) to the employment seeker in a presentation form through the recruit manager interface(20). The employment seeker(24) can ask questions(26) and receive answers(25) from the recruit manager through the response interface(23).
