본 발명은 폐작목 제거및 비닐수거장치에 대한 것으로서 종래에는 영농후 폐비닐수거를 일일이 사람이 인위적으로 수거함으로서 제대로 수거가 되지않아 토양에 같이 섞이거나 뭍혀서 다음 영농에 많은 부작용이 발생되고 있으나 인권비및 노동력의 품귀로 인하여 그대로 방치하는 실정인바 본 발명에서는 상기에 기술한 문제점을 완전히 해결하여 폐작목을 트랙터 앞부분에 장착한 폐작목 처리기에서 회전톱으로 절단하여 처리하고 트랙터 뒷부분에 장착한 비닐수거 장치에서 밭고랑에 뭍힌 비닐을 쟁기로 파내고 삽으로 흙을 걷어냄과 동시에 회전하며 돌아가는 비닐걷기날이 비닐을 걷어 올리면 분리기로 통과하면서 비닐에 일부 묻어있는 흙은 분리되어 밑으로 떨어지고 비닐만 수거함에 모아진다.The present invention relates to a waste wood removal and vinyl collection apparatus, and in the past, waste vinyl collection after the farming is not collected properly by human beings. 본 발명의 구성을 도1, 도2 에 도시한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 농가용 트랙터 전면에 폐작목 처리기를 설치하여 트랙터가 앞으로 전진하면 폐작목 처리기 앞에 있는 폐작목 가이드지지판(10-2)에 폐작목이 접하면 접함과 동시에 회전톱날(13)을 지지하는 톱날지지판(10-1)앞부분에 장착한 톱날높이 가이드로라(17)가 지면에 접하면서 그 접하는 힘에 의하여 연동되는 높이조절추(16)가 동작하면서 높이조절체인(15)이 움직여 톱날지지판(10-1)을 움직이게 하는 슬라이드봉(18-1)이 슬라이드베아링(18-2) 사이를 부드럽게 왕래하며 회전톱날(13)의 높이를 조절하여 준다. 이 상태로 땅에 서있는 폐작목은 톱날(13)에 접근하면서 폐작목 가이드지지판(10-2)에 접촉하면 이에 밀려 폐작목은 가이드지지판(10-2)에 경사진 유도각에 의하여 우측으로 기울면서 전면으로 밀려나간다. 폐작목은 회전톱날(13)에 의하여 절단 되면서 가이드지지판에 밀려 보다 더 밀리면서 우측으로 기울어 완전히 절단되면서 전방 우측으로 밀려 나간다. 여기서 회전톱날(13)은 모터 및 톱날지지판(10-1)에 설치되어 있는데 이 모터 및 톱날지지판(10-1)은 트랙터에 고정되어 있는것이 아니고 슬라이드봉(18-1)과 슬라이드베아링(18-2)에 의하여 부드럽게 상하로 운동하도록 되어 있다. 즉 회전톱날(13)의 높이를 정하게 되는 톱날높이 가이드로라 (17)가 회전톱날(13)의 진행방향 전면에서 지면이 높고 낮음을 감지하여 상하로 조절운동을 하게 된다. 슬라이드봉(18-1)의 움직임을 보다 부드럽게 하기 위하여 높이조절추(16)가 높이조절체인(15)에 의하여 모터 및 톱날지지판(10-1)을 부드럽게 운동 하도록 되어 있다. 아울러 도3에 도시한 비닐수거장치를 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 비닐영농에서는 비닐이 도랑에 흙과 묻혀서 단단히 다져진 상태이므로 단단히 다져진 흙을 제거하지 않으면 비닐을 수거하기가 어려운 실정이라 트랙터 후면에 장착한 비닐수거장치에 있는 예리한 발톱같은 여러개의 쟁기날(31)에 의하여 다져진 단단한 흙을 파헤치고 그 뒤에 부착된 삽(32)이 흙을 제거하며 앞으로 전진하면 비닐걷기날(33)이 트랙터의 전진과 반대 방향으로 강력하게 회전하는 스폴로켓(34)과 체인(35)에 설치되어 흙속에 있는 비닐을 긁어가며 찍어내어 체인(35)의 회전에 이끌려 연속적으로 상단으로 운반 이동하게 된다. 그런대 이상의 작업은 평지에서 이루어지는 것이 아니고 흙을 돋구어 둔덕을 만들어서 작목이 성장한 뿌리의 부피가 가중되어있는 둔덕의 중심부로서 밭고랑보다 20∼30cm의 높이를 갖게되는 둔덕의 중심부에서 이루어지게 된다. 본 발명의 폐비닐 수거장치는 이런상태에서 작업이 가능하도록 되어 있는 것이다. 즉 단단히 굳어진 흙을 파헤치는 쟁기날(31)과 삽(32)이 3단으로 경사진 높이로 설치되어 있으며 스폴로켓(34)에 의하여 3단의 높이로 비닐걷기날(33-1,33-2,33-3)을 각각 동력축 이외에는 독립된 축에 의하여 흙 언덕인 둔덕의 높이에 의하여 자동적으로 높이가 선정되어 상단에 비닐수거함(37)으로 이동시키는 스플로켓(34),체인(35)도 동일하게 3단으로 되어 있다. 상단에 도착한 폐비닐은 비닐걷기날(33)의 간격에 고정 설치된 분리기(36)에 의하여 비닐걷기날(33)에서 강제적으로 분리되어 수거함(37)에 수용된다. 이때에 폐비닐과 함께 묻어 올라온 흙부스러기는 스플로켓(34)에 2개의 핏치를 걸쳐 설치된 비닐걷기날(33)의 동작진동으로 분리기(36)에서 분리되어 밑으로 떨어진다. 본 발명에서의 동력원은 트랙터 예비 회전축 회전력을 이용하여 유니버셜죠인트 (38)을 통하여 베벨기어(39-1,39-2,39-3)의 회전으로 스플로켓 (34)를 회전하여 얻게되며 쟁기날(31)이나 삽(32)의 작용은 트랙터의 운동력이 그대로 동력원이 되어 작용 하는 것이다.1 and 2, the structure of the present invention is described in detail by installing a waste crop processor in the front of a farm tractor and moving the tractor forward to the waste crop guide support plate 10-2 in front of the waste crop processor.
