Claims (9)
- 워터 트리(water tree) 성장에 저항성을 갖는 케이블 절연체 조성물에 있어서,a) 베이스 수지 95.0 내지 98.9 중량%;b) 가교 조제 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%;c) 가교제 1.0 내지 3.0 중량%; 및d) 산화방지제 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%를 포함하는 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a)의 베이스 수지가 탄소수 3 개 이상의 α-올레핀으로부터 중합되는 밀도가 0.87 내지 0.965 g/㎤이고 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 50 g/10분인 에틸렌 단일 중합체, 메탈로센 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 2 종 이상 선택되어 블렌드된 고분자인 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌(propylene), 1-부텐(1-butene), 1-펜텐(1-pentene), 1-헥센(1-hexene) 및 1-옥텐(1-octene)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 단일 중합체가 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 메탈로센 폴리에틸렌이 시클로펜타디엔(cyclopentadiene) 유도체와 티타늄(titanium), 지르코늄(zirconium), 하프늄(hafnium) 또는 바나듐(vanadium)과의 리간드 결합으로 형성된 유기 금속 화합물인 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 에틸렌을 중합시켜 제조된 밀도가 0.87 내지 0.92 g/㎤이고 용융 지수가 0.5 내지 50 g/10분인 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메틸 아크릴레이트 또는 에틸렌 노르말 부틸 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 2 종 이상 선택되어 공중합된 밀도가 0.90 내지 0.960 g/㎤이고 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 30 g/10분인 공중합체인 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에서 있어서,상기 b)의 가교 조제가 알릴, 아크릴레이트, 비닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 작용기를 포함하는 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate), 트리메티롤 프로판 트리메타크릴레이트(trimethylol propane trimethacrylate), 트리메티롤 프로판 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylol propane triacrylate), 트리메티롤 프로판 프로폭시레이트 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylol propane propoxylate triacrylate), 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트(triallyl isocyanurate), 트리알릴 시아누레이트(triallyl cyanurate), 트리알릴 트리메릴테이트(triallyl trimelliteate), 메타-페닐렌-비스말레익이미드(m-phenylene-bis maleicimide)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c)의 가교제가 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드(dicumyl peroxide), 벤조일 퍼옥사이드(benzoyl peroxide), 라우로일 퍼옥사이드(lauroyl peroxide), 3급-부틸 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드(tertiary-butyl dicumyl peroxide), 알파-알파-비스(3급-부틸퍼옥시 이소프로필) 벤젠(α-α-bis(t-butylperoxy isopropyl) benzene), 2,5-디메틸-2,5- 디(3급-부틸퍼옥시) 헥산(2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tertiary-butylperoxy) hexane), 디 (3급-부틸) 퍼옥사이드(di(tertiary-butyl) peroxide)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 케이블 절연체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 d)의 산화방지제가 2,2'-티오 디에틸 비스-[3-(3,5-디-3급-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트](2,2'-thiodiethylbis-[3-(3,5-di-tertiary-butyl-4-hydroxy phenyl)-propionate]), 펜타에리트리틸-테르라키스-[3-(3,5-디-3급-부틸-4 -하이드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트](pentaaerythrityl-tetrakis[3-(3,5-di-tertiary -butyl-4-hydroxy phenyl)-propionate]), 옥타데실 3-(3,5-디-3급-부틸-4-하이드록시 페닐)-프로피오네이트(octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tertiary-butyl-4-hydroxy phenyl) -propionate), 트리에틸렌 글리콜-비스-3(3-3급-부틸-4-하이드록시-5-메틸 페닐) 프로피오네이트(triethylene glycol-bis-3(3-tertiary-4-hydroxy-5-methyl phenyl) propionate), 디스테릴티오디프로피오네이트(distearyl thiodipropionate), 디라우릴 티오디프로피오네이트(dilauryl thiodipropionate)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 케이블 절연체 조성물.
