Description

잔디 살포기를 이용한 초지 조성방법 {A METHOD FOR MAKING THE GREEN USING GRASS DISTRIBUTER}Grassmaking method using grass spreader {A METHOD FOR MAKING THE GREEN USING GRASS DISTRIBUTER}

The present invention relates to a method for forming grassland by spraying a mixture of grass stalks or landscaping and seeds using a grass spreader. More specifically, the grass stalks collected using a grass stalk harvester and Coir dust (Fiber) and fiber (Fiber) are mixed and sprayed using a grass spreader, or soil and seeds, special vegetation materials, stabilizers and fertilizers Mixing and spraying it using a grass spreader relates to a method that can more easily form a large area grassland.

As a method of creating a lawn, a method of directly planting a flat or a rope, a method of digging and planting a stem of a grass, that is, an underground or ground diameter, or a method of sowing and growing a seed of a grass, etc. The method of transplanting the turf directly has the advantage of fast covering speed, but it is expensive and generates a lot of weeds, and the method of planting grass stems is expensive and has a slow coating effect because it requires construction of bone. The seeding method is inexpensive but has a disadvantage in that it is limited in the time when sowing is possible.

Therefore, in order to solve the problems with the conventional methods, the grass stalks are collected and mixed with auxiliary materials and then sprayed, or after mixing seeds and landscaping and auxiliary materials, they are used to move around the grassland site using the grass spreader. By spraying, they have developed a way to produce large scale grassland quickly, easily and economically.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for mixing grass stalks and auxiliary materials or soil and seeds and auxiliary materials and spraying them with a grass spreader to produce large-scale grassland more quickly and simply.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid growth base because it is not easily eroded by rainfall or the like in a weathered rock surface, a sandy soil surface or a soil with high soil hardness.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a grass paper composition method which is hardly damaged by existing grass paper, and makes the growth of the existing grass more smooth by accelerating the grass stem.

1 is a side view of a lawn spreader for spraying a mixture of grass stalks or grassland and seeds.

2 is a side view of a grass stem harvester for harvesting grass stems.

The present invention is a method of collecting grass stalk and mixing it with the auxiliary material and spraying with a grass spreader, or mixing the soil and seeds and auxiliary materials and spraying it with a grass spreader to form a grass paper. The grass stem is preferably collected using a lawn stem harvester, which is filed by the present applicant with the patent application No. 1997-61130, and the grass is sprayed by using the applicant's patent No. 1281128 lawn spreader.

Lawn stems can use both ground and underground diameters, and remove any soil from the roots. This is because minerals in the soil may damage the grass stalk in the process of being stirred with the grass stalk in the grass spreader's tank. The grass stalks are cut to a length of about 10 cm and collected and put into the tank of the grass spreader and mixed with auxiliary materials. Lawn stalks should be used to select the ones that are not damaged and should be used after removing weeds and foreign objects.

Auxiliary materials mixed with the grass stalks are Coir dust and Fiber, and may be added with Bark. The mixing ratio of auxiliary materials is adjusted in consideration of soil quality, slope, rainfall, etc., and only vegetable materials which do not interfere with plant growth are used.

Coir Dust is a by-product of extracting fiber from coconut fruit, and when mixed with grass stems, it is highly breathable to provide sufficient oxygen to the roots so that the roots can grow smoothly. It has a high moisturizing effect. The soil acid is also composed of neutralizing substances fixed between 5.7 and 6.8, and the cost is lower than that of other soils. Coir dust is usually manufactured in the form of blocks by crimping to a size of 30 × 30 × 15cm, so it is easy to transport. When using, pour water into an container more than 8 times and turn it over two or three times to expand the compressed coir dust. It comes loose in water. An average of 50 to 70 liters of soil per one coir dust block is obtained.

Fiber refers to vegetable fiber, which is an organic fertilizer that is effective for forming void structure of soil to have voids in soil. The amount of fiber added depends on Saturn. More bark may be added and the amount is determined according to the soil.

In order to spread grass stalks, a soil test is performed at the location where the lawn is to be constructed. The grass spreading ground is formed to remove foreign matters that prevent the spreading in advance and to maintain a flat surface as uniform as possible.

Next, prepare the materials, move the lawn spreader to the location where you want to build the lawn, and pipe to prepare for spraying. Turf stalks, coir dust and fibers are added to the tank of the lawn spreader, followed by water, followed by mixing by rotating the screw inside the tank. When mixing is complete, run the pump to spray the mixture inside the tank through the spray nozzle. Spraying is done by two people and spreads evenly on the surface. The thickness of spraying is adjusted accordingly according to soil quality. Be careful not to concentrate in one place during the spreading process, and check the thickness to be a constant thickness. Properly adjust the concentration so that the mixture does not become thinner when spraying and the mixture is not added or subtracted. It is desirable to be able to finish the spraying of an area in one mixing.

After spraying is completed, cover the soil with 2 ~ 3cm thickness after 5 days. After spraying, compound fertilizer is sprayed about 150g / ㎡ to activate the development of the grass stem, and the water is continuously sprayed in an appropriate amount until the grass stem sticks.

The above method is a method of harvesting grass stalks and mixing them with auxiliary materials, or spraying seeds directly instead of grass stalks.

Single grain structure suitable for plant growth by mixing special vegetation materials including organic or clay in the places unsuitable for plant growth such as weathered rock surface, sandy soil surface, hard soil surface, acid or alkaline surface This is a method to restore the greening by forming a. Since this method is a solid and soft growth base that is not eroded by rainfall or the like, plant growth is very certain.

The materials to be mixed are seeds, grassland, special vegetation materials, stabilizers, fertilizers and water.

Seeds must satisfy both erosion prevention and environmental conservation at the same time, so that appropriate seed should be formulated according to each legal condition. Greening by both grasses is not persistent and fertilizer deficiency often develops after two or three years, and this phenomenon is even more severe in extreme weather conditions. In general, if the weather conditions are appropriate and the condition of the ground is good, fertilizer deficiency begins and herbaceous plants begin to invade surrounding plants as the herbaceous plants decay, forming the same plant community as the surroundings. However, if the condition of the cold ground or the ground is poor, there is a fear that the intrusion and settlement of the surrounding plants will be delayed. In order to prevent the decline of plants due to fertilizer deficiency and to form strong roots, it is better to use upright trees. In particular, local herbs or fertilizers should be harmonized with the surrounding plants, and they are often used because they give good effects on the settlement of seeds that are blown in by the wind. Therefore, the promotion of the plant transition is accelerated, so that it is possible to quickly create a permanent plant that satisfies the function of disaster prevention and environmental conservation.

Special vegetation material is made of permeable soils such as perlite, vermiculite, zeolite and long-fibrous organic fertilizers and adhesive clays in the humus base and peat moss. Manufacture special vegetation soil with good repair complementary ability and formation of single structure.

Stabilizer is a special adhesive that aggregates each material to prevent loss.

Fertilizers use inorganic and organic fertilizers. Mineral fertilizers are used at a ratio of 18-18-18. Water-soluble fertilizer promotes early growth immediately after germination, and promotes rapid legal protection. Organic fertilizers are slowly decomposed and absorbed and continue until finishing work. Use earthworm dung, briquettes or sewage sludge.

Water uses fresh natural water that is free from impurities and is not contaminated with oils, salts and alkalis that are harmful to plant growth.

For construction, first check the raceway, culvert, drainage, etc. at the top of the surface, and perform maintenance if necessary. First prepare the necessary materials, move the lawn spreader to the location where you want to make grass, and then pipe to prepare for spreading.

First, the special vegetation materials are mixed and prepared according to the determined mixing ratio, and the prepared special vegetation materials are added to the tank of the lawn spreader, and the seeds, soils and water to be prepared are put back into the tank, and the inside of the tank of the lawn spreader is added. Mix. When the mixing is completed, the pump is operated to spray the mixture through the spray nozzle, and the mixture is sprayed to an appropriate thickness according to the terrain, and the mixture is attached to the surface. The thickness of the mixture is appropriately adjusted according to the soil, slope, hardness, climate, climate and the purpose of composition of the area to be constructed, and is usually sprayed with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm. If there is a lack of fertilizer for early growth, additional fertilization is carried out, and after the application is complete, maintain the moisture and temperature necessary for germination.

The grass spreader can be used to spread grass stems and auxiliary materials or mixtures of soil and seeds and auxiliary materials to produce large scale grassland more quickly and easily. As well as improved, there is little damage to the existing grassland, and by accelerating the grass stems in the existing grassland, the growth of the existing grass can be made more smoothly. In addition, in a weathered rock surface with a small amount of soil, a sandy soil surface or a surface with a high soil hardness, it is not easily eroded by rainfall or the like, thereby creating a solid growth base.
