본 발명상으로 실시되는 폴리에틸렌시트를 고주파 유도가열(high-frequency induction heating)에 의하여 용착하는 공법은 먼저 소정의 폭으로 절단된 철판(아연도강판)코일이 권치된 언-코일러(Un-coiler)(1)로 부터 철판(2)이 쇼트브라스터(3)기로 수평적으로 장입되면 쇼트브라스터(3)내부에 상하로 장착된 다수개의 분사노즐(4)에 의하여 강한 압력으로 토출되는 쇼트볼들이 철판 표리면을 타격하여 이 충돌충격에 의하여 철판(2) 표리면에 접착된 피막등의 불순물을 박리처리하게 하고 이 쇼트브라스터(3)로부터 나온 철판(2)은 연속적으로 고주파유도가열기(5)에 수평장입되어 철판(2) 표리면을 일정한 온도(온도범위 120℃ ~ 500 ℃)로 순간적으로 가열하게 되고 이렇게 일정한 온도로 가열된 철판(2)은 상, 하에 각기 별도로 권치롤(6)(6a)에 권치된 소정두께의 폴리에틸렌시트(P.E sheet)(7)(7a)가 철판(2)표면과 이면에 상하압착롤러(8)(8a)에 의하여 압착되면서 철판표리면에 폴리에틸렌시트 대접면이 용융되면서 부착되게하여 제품소재(S)가 되게하여 P.E시트 공급기(9)를 거쳐서 다수개의 압착롤러(10)(10a)가 상하측에 구비되어 이 압착롤러(10)(10a)사이를 지나는 철판(2) 표리면에 용착된 폴리에틸렌시트(7)(7a)를 상하에서 일정한 압력으로 압착하여 용착면이 균일하고 강하게 접착유지되게 하는 프레싱 롤링기(11)를 거쳐서 상, 하측에서 다수개의 에어노즐(12)(12a)이 구비되어 이 에어노즐(12)(12a)에서 냉각공기를 분사하여 제품소재(S)에 내재된 고열을 냉각시키는 쿨링턴넬(Cooling Tunnel)(13)을 통과하여 제품소재(S)의 잠열을 발산시키고 이 판재로 되는 제품소재(S)를 권치기(14)로 권치하여 제품소재(S)를 완성하여 출하하도록 전체공정이 구성된다.The method of welding the polyethylene sheet according to the present invention by high-frequency induction heating is first performed by an uncoiler (un-coiler) in which an iron (zinc plate) coil cut into a predetermined width is wound.
