Claims (10)
- 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 물질과 5 내지 35중량%의 코발트 합금의 배합물을 포함하는 열분무 분말 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배합물이 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 및 10 내지 30중량%의 코발트 합금을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분말 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 물질이 텅스텐 카바이드, 8 내지 13중량%의 코발트 및 4 내지 10중량%의 크롬을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분말 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코발트 합금이 25 내지 31중량%의 크롬 및 0.5 내지 1.5중량%의 탄소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분말 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코발트 합금이 25 내지 31중량%의 크롬, 5 내지 11중량%의 텅스텐, 0.5 내지 1.5중량%의 탄소 및 나머지 중량%의 코발트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분말 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코발트 합금이 25 내지 31중량%의 몰리브덴, 14 내지 20중량%의 크롬, 1 내지 5중량%의 규소, 0.08중량% 미만의 탄소 및 나머지 중량%의 코발트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분말 조성물.
- (A) 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 물질과 5 내지 35중량%의 코발트 합금의 배합물을 포함하는 분말 공급 조성물을 형성시키는 단계; 및(B) 상기 분말 공급 조성물을 특정 요소상에 가열증착시켜 금속성 코발트 합금과 배합된 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트를 포함하는 코팅물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여, 코팅물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 가열증착 동안 입자 속도가 500m/초 보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 물질 및 코발트 합금 분말이 열분무 증착용 분말 디스펜서에 놓여지기 전에 배합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 텅스텐 카바이드-코발트-크롬 물질 및 코발트 합금 분말이 열분무 증착용의 별도의 분말 디스펜서에 놓여짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
