Claims (15)
- LixAlyMn2-yO4-zSz조성식(여기서 x는 1∼1.1, y는 0.01∼1이고 z는 0.01∼2이다)으로 나타내어지는 화합물.
- 금속 전구체로서 리튬(Li), 망간(Mn) 및 알루미늄(Al)의 염 또는 화합물을 Li:Al:Mn:O:S의 조성비가 x:y:2-y:4-z:z(x, y 및 z는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같음)가 되도록 정량하여 용매에 용해시킨 용액을 제조하고;글리콜산, 아디프산 및 폴리아크릴산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 킬레이트제를 용매에 용해시킨 용액을 제조하여 상기 용액과 혼합하고;상기 혼합용액의 pH를 1 내지 10 범위내로 조정한 후 자석 교반기나 건조기에서 졸(sol)을 제조하고;상기 졸을 열처리하여 겔(gel)전구체를 제조하고;상기 겔 전구체를 불활성 및 산화성 분위기하에서 200∼900℃에서 조성하는:단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LixAlyMn2-yO4-zSz(x, y 및 z는 앞에서 정의된 바와 같다)화합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속전구체가 초산염(acetate), 질산염(nitrate), 황화물(sulfide), 염화물(chloride), 산화물(oxide), 수산화물(hydroxide) 및 수화물(hydrate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- LixAlyMn2-yO4-zSz조성식(여기서 x, y 및 z는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같음)을 갖는 화합물의, 리튬이온전지 또는 리튬폴리머전지의 양극활물질로서의 용도.

- 금속전구체로서 리튬(Li), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 금속원소 M의 염 또는 화합물을 Li:M:Ni:Co:O:S의 조성비가 x:k:1-y-k:y:2-z(x, y, k 및 z는 제11항에서 정의된 바와 같다)가 되도록 정량하여 용매에 용해시킨 용액을 제조하고;글리콜산, 아디프산 및 폴리아크릴산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 킬레이트제를 용매에 용해시킨 용액을 제조하여 상기 용액과 혼합하고;상기 혼합용액의 pH를 1 내지 10 범위내로 조정한 후 자석 교반기나 건조기에서 졸(sol)을 제조하고;상기 졸을 열처리하여 겔(gel)전구체를 제조하고;상기 겔 전구체를 불활성 및 산화성 분위기하에서 200∼900℃에서 조성하는:단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LixMkNi1-y-kCOyO2-zSz(여기서 x, y, k 및 z는 앞에서 정의된 바와 같음)화합물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속전구체가 초산염(acetate), 질산염(nitrate), 황화물(sulfide), 산화물(oxide), 염화물(chloride), 수산화물(hydroxide) 및 수화물(hydrate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- LixMkNi1-y-kCoyO2-zSz의 조성식(여기서 x, y, k 및 z는 제11항에서 정의된 바와 같다)을 갖는 화합물의, 리튬이온전지 또는 리튬폴리머전지의 양극활물질로서의 용도.
- LixMkNi1-y-kCoyO2-zSz의 조성식(여기서 x, y, k 및 z는 제11항에서 정의된 바와 같다)을 갖는 화합물의 모액 또는 졸을 사용하여 제조된 박막 전지.
