Abstract

PURPOSE: A vehicle tire for a heavy load is provided to prevent the damage of a groove and to extend the life span of durability of the tire by suppressing the growth of crack. CONSTITUTION: A groove(31) is formed on the surface of a tread(3) in a process of being compressed through a compressor in order to install a reinforcing cord(4) on an inner face of the groove. Then, the reinforcing cord(3) is attached to the inner face of the groove so that a half-finished product is molded. A tread of the half-finished product is molded into a green tire and is vulcanized in a vulcanizing metal mold. The reinforcing cord is attached to the inner face of the groove(30). Accordingly, the reinforcing cord prevents the damage of the groove since a stone is butted into the groove. Further, the damage of a belt(2) and a carcass(1) is prevented by suppressing the growth of fine crack.

Description

Heavy Duty Car Tires

The present invention relates to a heavy-duty automotive tire, and more particularly, to a heavy-duty automotive tire that can prevent the breakage of the grooves caused by the bite to extend the endurance life.

Generally, as shown in FIG. 1, a pneumatic tire is referred to as a tread (3), which is in contact with the ground. A plurality of transverse grooves are formed in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction, and longitudinal grooves are formed in the same direction as the traveling direction for drainage and straightness.

In particular, tires used for high-speed driving are designed to have more longitudinal grooves than lateral grooves for straightness and steering stability. For heavy-loaded tires, lateral grooves are formed wide and deep to focus on braking and driveability. I design it.

These grooves 30 play a very large role in the main performance of the tire, while the rocks are inserted into the grooves 30 during driving, or continuous shaking occurs between the blocks partitioned by the grooves or between the ribs. A crack is caused at the bottom edge of the bottom surface, and such a crack is grown by the continuous running motion of the tire, which damages the belt 2 and the carcass layer 1, thereby shortening the durability life of the tire.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a heavy-duty automotive tire that can prevent the breakage of the grooves caused by stone bites and inhibit the growth of cracks to extend the endurance life of the tire. Has its purpose.

The present invention is configured as follows to achieve the above object. That is, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of belts are stacked on the upper surface of the carcass, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the tread surface, so that reinforcing cord paper is provided on the inner surface of the groove.

In order to install the reinforcing cord 4 on the inner surface of the groove 30, grooves 31 are formed on the surface of the tread 3 in the process of being extruded through an extruder as shown in FIG. When the semi-finished product is formed by attaching the reinforcing cord 3 to the inner surface of the part 31, and the tread 3 of the semi-finished product is molded in the same manner as before, the green tire is molded and then loaded into a vulcanization mold to cure the groove The reinforcing cord 4 can be attached to the inner surface of the 30.

Thus, the reinforcing cord 4 installed in the grooves 30 prevents the grooves from being broken due to stone biting into the grooves 30 and suppresses their growth even if fine cracks are generated. It is to prevent the casing (1) from proceeding to damage.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.

As described above, according to the present invention, the grooves are prevented from being broken and the growth of the cracks is suppressed to prolong the service life of the tire.
