Claims (7)
- 메탈로센 촉매를 먼저 지지체에 함침시키고 지글러-나타 촉매 성분을 함침시키는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,메탈로센 화합물을 알킬알루미녹센 용액으로 처리하여 활성화시킨 후, 소량의 알켄 화합물을 처리하여 활성화된 메탈로센 촉매를 안정화시킨 다음, 지지체에 함침시키고, 건조시켜 활성화된 메탈로센 촉매가 담지된 중간 지지체를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 중간 지지체를 비메탈로센계 전이금속 화합물 용액으로 처리하여 중간 지지체에 함유된 알킬알루미녹센과 전이금속 화합물을 0∼70℃의 온도범위에서 직접 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미녹센은 메틸알루미녹센임을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비메탈로센계 전이금속 화합물은 탄소수 5 내지 20의 포화 탄화수소 용매에 녹는 산화수 4가의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 사염화티타늄, 테트라알콕시티타늄, 사염화바나듐 또는 이들의 복합물임을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 반응단계후, 상기 탄화수소 용매에 녹는 산화수 4가의 화합물이 탄화수소 용매에는 녹지 않는 활성화된 산화수 3가의 화합물로 반응을 통해 변화됨을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 용매에 녹는 산화수 4가의 화합물의 농도는 0.005∼0.03M임을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 용매가 펜탄, 이소펜탄, 헥산 또는 헵탄임을 특징으로 하는 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 및 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
