Claims (3)
- 조압연 공정에서 발생되는 슬라브의 캠버현상을 측정함에 있어서, 슬라브(S)의 형상을 촬영하도록 설치된 컬러 CCD 카메라(20); 이 CCD 카메라(20)에서 영상을 전송받아 영상합성을 합성하는 알고리즘과 캠버 추출 알고리즘을 가진 영상분석 시스템(Image Analysis System)(21)과, 각종의 슬라브(S) 정보와 패스 정보 및 측정 결과를 송수신 하는 슬라브 모서리 검출 알고리즘을 구비한 최상위 제어 시스템( SCC; Superior Control System)(22)을 포함한 구성을 특징으로 하는 컬러 영상을 이용한 슬라브의 캠버 측정시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 컬러 영상으로부터 적색(R ; Red) 영상(31)과 청녹색(C : Cyan) 영상(32)을 분리한 후 수학식1에 따라 투명도를 부여하여 슬라브 영상을 합성(44)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 영상을 이용한 슬라브 캠버 측정 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 합성된 영상 이미지(50)로부터 윤곽선 추출(51)과, 수직 모서리 검출(52)과, 캠버 모서리 추출(54) 및 이진화 영상 처리(55)를 함을 특징으로 하는 컬러 영상을 이용한 슬라브 캠버 측정 시스템.
