Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지:[A-O-(O)C-NH-D-NH-C(O)-NH-D-NH-C(O)-O]n(1)식중, A는 분자량이 500 내지 5000, 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2 이고 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.5 내지 2.5인 유기폴리올의 잔기를 나타내고, D는 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2인 유기 디이소시아네이트의 잔기를 나타내며, n은 반복단위를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 디이소시아네이트의 잔기(D)는 분자량 500 이하의 방향족, 방향지방족, 지환족 및 지방족 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로부터 유도된 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리올의 잔기(A)는 분자량이 500 내지 5,000, 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.5 내지 2.5인 지방족 폴리에스테르폴리올, 지방족 폴리에테르폴리올, 지방족 폴리카프로락톤 폴리올, 지방족 카보네이트 폴리올, 및 지방족 실록산 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로부터 유도된 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리올의 잔기(A)는 분자량이 1,000 내지 2,000, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.8 내지 2.2인 유기 폴리올로부터 유도된 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지.
- 다음의 공정 (a) 내지 (d)를 포함하는 화학식 1의 폴리우레탄우레아 수지의 제조방법:(a) 분자량이 500 내지 5000, 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2 이고 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.5 내지 2.5인 유기 폴리올과 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2인 과량의 유기 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 양말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 프레폴리머를 제조하는 공정,(b) 상기 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기의 일부를 아민화시키는 공정,(c) 상기 아민화된 프레폴리머 두분자를 반응시켜 우레아 작용기를 생성시키는 공정, 및(d) 상기 우레아작용기가 형성된 생성물을 중합하는 공정.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 프레폴리머 생성반응공정(a)에서 유기 폴리올과 유기 디이소시아네이트를 유기디이소시아네이트/유기폴리올 당량비 1.5∼2.5의 비율로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 공정(b)에서 프레폴리머와 H2O를 프레폴리머의 NCO/H2O 당량비 1.8∼2.2의 비율로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 디이소시아네이트가 분자량 500 이하의 방향족, 방향지방족, 지환족 및 지방족 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리올이 분자량이 500 내지 5,000, 작용기수가 1.8 내지 2.2, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.5 내지 2.5인 지방족 폴리에스테르폴리올, 지방족 폴리에테르폴리올, 지방족 폴리카프로락톤 폴리올, 지방족 카보네이트 폴리올, 및 지방족 실록산 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리올의 분자량이 1,000 내지 2,000, 중량평균분자량/수평균분자량 비(Mw/Mn)가 1.8 내지 2.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄우레아 수지.
