Claims (4)
- 소정의 폭과 크기를 갖고 형성되며, 후측상부 양측으로는 와이어 로프(25)가 감겨진 보빈(20)의 회동축(22)을 안착시킬 수 있도록 걸이대(12)가 형성되고, 전면부에는 고정판(11)이 구비된 몸체부(10)와;상기 몸체부(10)의 고정판(11) 전면 양측에 위치되고, 몸체 내측으로 중앙을 중심으로 상부에는 위치홈(31)이 형성되고, 하부로는 회전홈(32)이 구비되며, 외측상부로는 끼움홈(33)이 형성된 지지판(34)이 위치된 지지대(30)와;상기 지지대(30)의 몸체 내측 하부에 형성된 회전홈(32)에 끼워져 위치될 수 있도록, 몸체 중심에는 회전축(41)이 형성되고, 몸체 중앙으로는 안내홈(42)이 구비된 이송롤러(40)와;상기 지지대(30)의 몸체 내측 상부에 형성된 위치홈(31)에 끼워져 위치되도록, 몸체 중심으로는 지지축(51)이 형성되어, 이송롤러(40)의 상부에 위치되는 압지롤러(50)와;상기 압지롤러(50)의 상부중심에 위치되며, 전면부에는 압지롤러(50)의 회전수를 감지하는 회전감지롤러(61)가 구비되고, 몸체 상부로는 회전감지롤러(61)의 회전수를 수치로 환산하는 미터기(62)가 형성된 계측부(60)와;상기 몸체부(10)의 고정판(11) 후측에 위치하며, 보빈(20)에 감겨진 와이어 로프(25)를 소정의 길이로 계측하여 사용할 수 있도록, 상기 이송롤러(40)의 구동력을 담당하는 구동모터(70)와;상기 구동모터(70)의 구동력을 이송롤러(40)의 회전축(41)으로 전달할 수 있도록, 구동모터(70)의 구동축(71)과 이송롤러(40)의 회전축(41) 일측부에 설치되는 구동전달수단(80)과;상기 이송롤러(40)의 전면부에 선택적으로 이송롤러(40)와 압지롤러(50)의 회전에 의해 전면으로 이송되는 와이어 로프(25)가 원할하게 인출될 수 있도록, 형성된 가이드관(90)과;상기 구동모터(70)로의 전원 공급 및 차단과 미터기(62)의 수치조절등을 담당하며, 몸체부(10)의 일측에 구비되는 제어부(100)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 로프 계측장치.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지대(30)의 몸체 외측 상부에 형성된 지지판(34)에 압지롤러(50)의 높이를 조절하여 직경이 다른 와이어 로프(25)도 계측하여 사용할 수 있도록, 압지롤러(50)의 지지축(51)이 끼워지는 위치홈(31)을 상하로 소정의 길이만큼 가변될 수 있도록 장공(35)으로 형성하며, 지지대(30)의 몸체 외측 상부에 형성된 지지판(34)의 끼움홈(33)에는 상부에 조절레버(5)가 구비되고, 몸체하부로는 나선부(7)가 형성된 조절봉(6)을 압지롤러(50)의 지지축(51)에 고정시키며, 상기 조절봉(6)이 끼워진 지지판(34)의 상부로는 조절너트(9)를 구비하고, 지지판(34)의 하부로는 스프링(8)을 장착하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 로프 계측장치.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(10)의 저면 다수곳에 와이어 로프 계측장치(200)를 장소에 따라 이동시키면서 사용할 수 있도록 이동바퀴(13)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 로프 계측장치.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이송롤러(40)의 전면부에 설치되는 가이드관(90)의 전면에 소정의 수치로 계측된 와이어 로프(25)를 제어부(100)에서 감지하여 절단시킬 수 있도록, 계측부(60)의 미터기(62)를 통해 셋팅된 수치로 계측이 완료된 것이 제어부(100)에서 감지되면, 상기 제어부(100)에서는 다시 절단부(410)로 절단날(420)이 구동되도록 신호를 송출하여 와이어 로프(25)를 절단함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 로프 계측장치.
