Claims (3)
- 에폭시계 인조대리석의 제조방법에 있어서, 에폭시 수지조성물을 30 ∼ 100℃로 가열한 상태에서 수지조성물 100중량부에 대해 합성수지 필름 칼라칩 1 ∼ 100중량부 혼합하는 단계, 상기 수지조성물과 칼라칩의 수지 혼합물을 감압상태에서 교반하여 기포나 수분이 제거되도록 하는 단계, 상기 수지 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 20 ∼ 30중량부의 경화제를 첨가하여 재차 감압탈포하는 단계, 상기 감압탈포된 혼합물을 형틀에 부어 성형하는 단계, 성형체를 상온에서 3 ∼ 12시간 유지시켜 지촉경화 상태가 되도록 하는 1차 성형단계 및 1차 성형이 완료된 성형체를 30 ∼ 100℃에서 12 ∼ 36시간동안 유지시켜 성형체의 완전한 경화가 이루어지도록 하는 2차 성형단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지조성물은 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 3반응성 희석제 10 ∼ 20중량부, 비반응성 희석제 5 ∼ 15부, SiO250 ∼ 80중량부, 난연제 5 ∼ 20중량부, 소포제 0.5 ∼ 1중량부, 레벨링제 0.3 ∼ 1중량부 및 항균제 1 ∼ 5중량부가 첨가된 조성임을 특징으로 하는 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 필름 칼라칩은 특정한 색상이 코팅된 폴리에스텔 필름이나 홀로그램 반짝이를 0.001 ∼ 3mm 크기의 입도로 분쇄한 것임을 특징으로 하는 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
