Abstract

PURPOSE: A smart media card is provided to improve the adhesive strength between an adhesive tape and a base card. CONSTITUTION: A smart media card comprises of a base card(20), an adhesive tape(22), and a COB(chip on base)(24). The base card(20) is formed in a square shape, and a square storing groove(26) is formed in the upper face of the base card(20). The COB(24) has a certain semiconductor chip. The adhesive strength between the adhesive tape(22) and the base card(20) is improved by widening the adhesive area of the adhesive tape(22) because the lower face of a storing groove(26) stuck the adhesive tape(22) is formed projected parts.
