살충효력시험Insecticidal test

(1) 공간살포(Space spray)(1) Space spray

지름 10㎝, 높이 18㎝의 원통형 철사에 망사가 씌어진 노출장 2개에 각각 25마리씩 빨간집모기 성충암컷을 넣고 지상 1m 높이의 공간에 설치하고 실시예 1에서 얻어진 살충제용 유액 1㎖를 공시충이 들어있는 노출장에 분무하고, 분무후 10분, 30분, 60분, 120분마다 치사된 개체수를 계수하였고, 그 결과를 표 1에 나타내었다.25 adult females of red-cold mosquitoes are placed in two exposed lengths with a mesh of cylindrical wire 10cm in diameter and 18cm in height, respectively, and placed in a space of 1m above the ground.
