실시예 3Example 3
마이크로캡슐 분제의 제조Preparation of Microcapsule Powder
1) 단계 1 : n-octenyl로 치환된 식품 전분(치환율 0.005) 43g을 물 55g에 넣어서 녹였다. 이 용액의 비중을 증가시키기 위하여 4g의 NaCl을 첨가하여, 단일상으로 잘 녹은 전분 수용액을 준비하였다.1) Step 1: 43 g of food starch (substitution rate 0.005) substituted with n-octenyl was dissolved in 55 g of water. 집파리 성충을 이산화탄소로 몇 분간 마취시킨 후 접촉독성으로 국소처리법과 분무법을 사용하였고, 훈증독성으로 여과지법(filter paper)을 사용하였다. 국소처리법은 마취된 집파리 복부에, 실시예 1의 처방 1∼4의 살충제 조성물을 0.5㎕ 처리하고, 그물망에 넣고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다. 분무법은 마취된 집파리에 회전분무탑(rotary spray tower) 장치를 이용하여 상기와 동일한 본 발명의 살충제 조성물 5㎖를 처리하고, 그물망에 넣고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다. 여과지법(filter paper)은 플라스틱 용기에 여과지를 깔고 상기와 동일한 본 발명의 살충제 조성물 0.2㎖를 처리한 후 집파리를 넣고 덮개를 닫고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다.The housefly adult was anesthetized with carbon dioxide for several minutes, followed by topical treatment and spraying for contact toxicity, and filter paper for fumigation toxicity. 독일바퀴 수컷 성충을 이산화탄소로 몇 분간 마취시킨 후 접촉독성으로 국소처리법과 분무법을 사용하였고, 훈증독성으로 여과지법(filter paper)을 사용하여 실험하였다. 국소처리법은 마취된 독일바퀴 수컷 성충 복부에 실시예 1의 살충제 조성물 1㎕를 처리한 후 그물망에 넣고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다. 분무법은 마취된 집파리에 회전분무탑(rotary spray tower) 장치를 이용하여 상기와 동일한 살충제 조성물 5㎖를 처리하고 그물망에 넣고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다. 여과지법은 플라스틱 용기에 여과지를 깔고 상기와 동일한 살충제 조성물 0.2㎖을 처리한 후 독일바퀴 수컷 성충을 넣고 덮개를 닫고 24시간 후에 사충수를 조사하였다.The male adult male wheel was anesthetized with carbon dioxide for a few minutes, followed by topical treatment and spraying for contact toxicity, and filter paper for fumigation toxicity.
