율피추출물과 상기 비교예 1~4에서 제조한 추출물에 의한 피부표면 변화를 3차원 화상분석기로 분석하여 수렴효과를 측정하였다. 각 추출물을 10% 함유한 크림 제형으로 하여 팔의 상박에 사용 전과 사용 후10분, 20분에서의 피부상태 변화를 실리콘 재질을 이용하여 레플리카를 뜬 뒤 3차원 화상 분석기로 이미지를 분석하여 주름수, 주름의 변화, 높이, 펴짐, 간격을 측정하였다.The skin surface change caused by the yeast extract and the extracts prepared in Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was analyzed by a three-dimensional image analyzer to measure the convergence effect.
