Claims (4)
- 굴 패각을 포함하는 폐기물을 800 내지 1,000℃에서 소성시켜 생석회를 제조하는 단계;상기 생석회를 300㎛(50mesh) 이하의 크기로 분쇄시키는 단계;상기 분쇄된 굴 패각 폐기물을 폐기물 20g당 물 6.5∼12.9g의 비율로 첨가하면서 혼합하여 수화 반응시켜 분말상태의 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 분말상태의 생석회에 굴 패각 폐기물 200g당 물 400∼600g의 비율로 더욱 첨가하여 수화 반응시켜 수산화칼슘 현탁액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패각 폐기물을 이용한 수산화칼슘 및 이의 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화칼슘 내의 CaO의 농도가 10 내지 60g/ℓ의 범위로 조절된 다음, 18∼30℃의 온도에서 이산화탄소를 30vol% 이상의 농도로 주입시켜 탄산칼슘의 입도가 0.03∼0.08㎛인 교질 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패각 폐기물을 이용한 수산화칼슘 및 이의 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화칼슘내의 CaO의 농도가 90 내지 110g/ℓ의 범위로 조절된 다음, 40∼75℃의 온도에서 이산화탄소를 18 내지 22vol% 의 농도로 주입시켜 탄산칼슘의 입도가 0.8∼3㎛인 경질 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패각 폐기물을 이용한 수산화칼슘 및 이의 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수화율이 90% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 패각 폐기물을 이용한 수산화칼슘 및 이의 유도체의 제조방법.
