Claims (3)
- 제어유체를 도입하기 위한 공급포트와 제어유체를 배출하기 위한 배출포트를 보유하는 적어도 한 개의 급배블록과, 그 급배블록과 함께 연결되어서 각각에 파일럿식 전환밸브가 탑재되어 있는, 상기한 급배블록과 그 전환밸브와의 사이에서 제어유체의 중계를 행하기 위한 복수의 분할형의 매니폴드블록과, 상기한 급배블록에서 각 매니폴드블록을 통해서 공급되는 파일럿 유체에 의하여 전환되는 복수의 상기한 파일럿식 전환밸브를 보유하고,상기한 급배블록이 상기한 각 매니폴드블록에 통하는 파일럿 공급유로 및 파일럿 배출유로와, 이들 파일럿 공급유로 및 파일럿 배출유로가 각각 개구하는 중계면과, 상기한 공급포트 및 배출포트에서 각각 분기하여 그 중계면에 개구하는 파일럿 공급분기로 및 파일럿 배출분기로와, 상기한 중계면에 착탈이 자유롭게 부착된 중계부재를 보유하고 있고, 그 중계부재를 통해서 상기한 파일럿 공급유로 및 파일럿 배출유로가 각각 파일럿 유체공급용의 포트 및 파일럿 유체배출용의 포트에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 연결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중계부재가 상기한 중계면에 개구하는 파일럿 공급유로와 파일럿 공급분기로를 서로 연이어 통하게 하는 공급용 통로와, 파일럿 배출유로와 파일럿 배출분기로를 서로 연이어 통하게 하는 배출용 통로를 보유하고 있고, 이것에 의해서 그 전환밸브 연결체가 공급포트에서의 제어유체의 일부를 파일럿 유체로서 각 전환밸브에 이끄는 것과 동시에, 각 전환밸브에서의 파일럿 유체를 배출포트를 통해서 외부로 배출하는 내부 파일럿식의 구성을 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 연결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중계부재가 외부에서 파일럿 유체를 도입하는 외부 파일럿 포트와, 각 전환밸브에서의 파일럿 유체를 외부로 배출하는 파일럿 배출포트를 보유하는 것과 동시에, 상기한 중계면에 개구하는 파일럿 공급유로 및 파일럿 배출유로를 이들 외부 파일럿 포트 및 파일럿 배출포트에 각각 연이어 통하게 하는 통로를 보유하고, 또한 중계면에 개구하는 상기한 파일럿 공급분기로 및 파일럿 배출분기로를 각각 폐쇄하는 수단을 보유하는 것에 의해서, 그 전환밸브 연결체가 상기한 외부 파일럿 포트에서의 파일럿 유체를 각 전환밸브에 이끄는 외부 파일럿식의 구성을 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브 연결체.
