Abstract
본 고안은 난방용 보일러에서 버너에 연료를 기화 연소함에 있어서 연료에 용해 또는 함유하는 이물질을 흡착제거하는 장치에 관한 것이고 등유나 경유 등 액상연료에 용해된 연소방해 물질을 흡착제거하고 기화시킨 연료에 함유하는 저급 고분자물질을 흡착제거하여 연소효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 함에 그 목적을 두고 있는 것으로 기화 연소관 하방의 예열관 선단에 위치되는 분사노즐에는 스텐레스 소재의 망으로 구성되는 필터를 내장하고 액상연료관이 위치하는 이송펌프 후부에는 활성탄이 충진되고 전후에 여과지가 구비되는 여과필터를 구성 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for adsorption and removal of foreign substances dissolved or contained in fuel in vaporizing combustion of fuel in a burner in a heating boiler, and is contained in a fuel that adsorbs and removes vaporizing substances dissolved in liquid fuel such as kerosene or diesel fuel.
