본 고안은 전복양식판넬장치에 관한 것이다.최근 해상가두리는 해수면 1∼2m 하부에 바닥이 그물로 막힌 전복양식함체를 부구에 메달어 양식함체로 사용하고 있는 실정으로서,일정한 격실로 외함체를 구성하는 전복양식함체들의 외함체 크기는 축소되지 않아 물류비가 과다하고,육상과 해상가두리로 구분사용되기 위해서는 별도의 부가장치들을 추가해야 하거나,특히 해상 가두리용의 경우에 는파도나 태풍등에 의해 쉽게 파손되는 경향이 있었으나,통상 길이가 1m,높이 40㎝,두께 10㎜인 판넬본체(1) 높이 중간부위까지 각 2열씩의 보강턱(3)이 6개소씩 형성된 보강턱(3) 위측으로 각 조립홈(4)을 형성한 단위개체의 판넬본체(1)를 상호 격자구조(grid structure)로 구성하여 내구성을 상승시키며,해체시의 부피를 최소화하여 물류비를 절감하며,현장에서의 조립도 별도의 도구없이 짜맞춤할수 있는 용이성과 격실(5)의 크기를 임의로 조정할수 있는 다양성과 상하로 오픈된 구조로서,먹이 투하시 분배와 배설물의 유출이 용이한 특징을 갖는 유용한 고안 인것이다.The present invention relates to an abalone farming panel device.
