Claims (14)
- 자기장을 생성하는 자석과,상기 자기장의 세기를 검출하기 위해 자기장내에 배치되여 상기 자기장을 통과하는 강자성제의 검출을 하는 데 응용하는 반도체센서와,상기 센서를 고정하는 다이부착패드 및 상기 센서에 접근되게 상기 자석을 고정하는 어셈블리를 가진 리드프레임과로 구성된 자기장 센서 어셈블리에 있어서,상기 자석, 센서 및 리드프레임은 플라스틱패키지로 캡슐화된 반도체집적회로를 구성하게 조립된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱패키지의 엷은 막으로 덮인 상기 센서는, 센서와 강자성체간의 거리를 축소하여 상기 플라스틱패키지와 상기 강자성체간의 에어갭을 유지함으로 상기 강자성체가 충분히 통과하도록 칫수가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센서 1개이상의 자기장 검출소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서의 어셈블리
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 자기장 검출소자는 여러다른 위치에서 자기장 강도를 검출하기 위해 공간적으로 떨어저 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센서는 1개이상의 홀효과자기장검출소사를 가진 반도체다이인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서의 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자석을 고정하는 상기 어셈블리는 자석을 고정하기 위해 1개이상의 돌출부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 리드프레임은 상기 자석을 고정하는 어셈블리가 자석을 고정하기 위해 충분한 스프링장력을 가진 금속으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 자석은 고정시킬 1개이상의 돌출부에 압력끼워맞춤된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센서는 1개 이상의 자기장 검출소자를 보유하며, 그 소제에는 자석을 고정하는 어셈블리가 자석을 고정하기 위해 1개이상의 돌출부를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,1개이상의 자기장 검출소자는 홀효과소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 자기장 검출소자는 강자성체의 에지를 검출하기 위해 응용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센서 플라스틱패키지의 부분을 덮는 오버몰드는 센서를 위치시키기 위해 사용되는 오버몰드인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 자기장을 생성하는 자석과,자기장의 세기를 검출하기 위해 자기장내에 위치하여 상기 자기장을 통과하는 강자성체의 검출을 하는데 응용하는 반도체 센서와,상기 센서를 고정하기 위한 다이부착패드 및 자석을 센서에 접근되게 고정하기 위한 1개이상의 돌출부를 가진 어셈블리를 구비하며, 1개이상의 돌출부를 가진 어셈블리에 상기 자석을 고정하기 위해 충분한 스프링 장력을 가진 금속으로 제조된 금속 리드프레임과로 구성된 자기장센서 어셈블리에 있어서,상기 자석, 센서 및 리드프레임은 플라스틱패키지로 캡슐화되여 상기 플라스틱패키지의 엷은 막으로 센서를 덮은 반도체 집적회로를 구성하며, 강자성체에 인접되게 응용되는 상기 센서는 센서와 강자성체의 거리를 축소하며 상기 플라스틱 패키지와 강자성체간의 에어갭을 유지함으로 강자성체의 통과를 허용하도록 칫수가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 히는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 반도체센서는 1개이상의 홀효과자기장검출소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장센서 어셈블리.
