Claims (5)
- 유입밸브(20)가 구비된 유입라인(L1), 마이크로 필터(22)와 산화제 등을 흡착하는 활성탄 필터(23), 원수를 가압하는 가압펌프(25), 원수를 투과수와 농축수로 분리하는 역삼투압 멤브레인(29)과, 이 멤브레인(29)을 통과한 투과수를 정수라인(L3)을 통하여 저장하는 저장탱크(35)와, 상기 멤브레인(29)을 통과하지 못한 농축수를 배출시키는 배수밸브(32)가 구비된 배수라인(L2)으로 구성된 역삼투압 정수시스템에 있어서, 상기 유입라인(L1)의 가압펌프(25)와 멤브라인(29)사이 및 정수라인(L3)의 멤브레인(29)과 저장탱크(35)사이에는 각각 압력센서(26)(36)가 설치되고, 상기 정수라인(L3)에는 정수의 오염상태를 감지하는 전기전도도 센서(33)가 설치되며, 상기 유입라인(L1)의 가압펌프(25)입구측과 배수라인(L2) 및 정수라인(L3)사이에는 순환밸브(31)가 구비된 순환라인(L4)이 설치되고, 상기 유입라인(L1)의 전처리필터부 전방과 배수라인(L2)사이에는 세정밸브(30)가 구비된 세정라인(L5)이 설치되며, 상기 압력센서(26)(36) 및 전기전도도 센서(33)의 입력신호에 의하여 가압된 원수의 운전압력, 저장탱크(35)내의 정수압력 및 멤브레인(29)을 투과한 정수의 오염상태를 제어부(40)에서 판단하여 상기 유입밸브(20), 가압펌프(25), 순환밸브(31), 세정밸브(30), 배수밸브(32)의 동작을 제어하므로써 시스템내에 존재하는 농축수 및 멤브레인(29)표면의 오염물질을 세척, 배수하는 세척단계, 정상운전단계 및 농축수를 연속적으로 순환여과시키는 순환여과단계를 실행시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 역삼투압 순환여과방식 정수시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(40)는 전기전도도 센서(33)의 설정값 변경을 통해 사용자가 원하는 수질의 투과수를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 역삼투압 순환여과방식 정수시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(40)는 압력센서(26)(36)의 설정값을 변경하여 운전압력범위를 설정함으로서 적용된 멤브레인에 따라 최적 운전조건을 부여할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 역삼투압 순환여과방식 정수시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입라인(L1)의 가압펌프(25)와 멤브레인(29)사이에는 맥동방지기(28)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로하는 역삼투압 순환여과방식 정수시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 원수의 공급 차단과 같은 이상의 발견시 제어부(40)의 명령으로 오류표시를 나타내는 표시부(50)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로하는 역삼투압 순환여과방식 정수시스템.
