본 발명은 숟가락의 타원형 판부위의 주연부를 중심부위보다 두껍게 형성하는 제조방법 및 그 금형에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 요지는 아래금형과 위금형에 숟가락 타원형과 근사한 오목한 부분을 오목하게 만들어 그 중심부는 약간 볼록하게 하므로서 숟가락 타원형 소재판을 아래위금형으로 가압압연하여 숟가락 타원판의 주연부위를 중심부보다 두껍게 성형하는 제조과정으로 동일 우수한 규격품을 양산할 수 있게한 숟가락 제조방법과 그 금형에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and a mold for forming a peripheral portion of the elliptical plate portion of the spoon thicker than the center portion, and the gist of the present invention is to make the concave portion of the spoon oval and the approximate concave portion of the lower mold and the upper mold to be concave.
