Claims (5)
- 커패시터에 직류전압을 간헐적으로 인가하여, 커패시터를 충전하는 방법으로서,상기한 커패시터에 먼저 전압 E1을 인가하는 단계; 및상기한 인가전압 E1보다 낮은 전압 E2를 그 다음으로 상기한 커패시터에 인가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 커패시터의 충전방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 앞선 인가전압 E1이 상기한 후속 인가전압 E2의 1.2배 이상임을 특징으로 하는 커패시터의 충전방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 앞선 인가전압 E1의 인가시간 T1을 상기한 후속 인가전압 E2의 인가시간 T2보다 짧게 하며;상기한 앞선 인가시간 T1은, 상기한 커패시터의 용량 Co의 충전기간 ①과 상기한 커패시터의 용량 Co의 천이(遷移:transient) 기간 ②를 합한 이상의 기간으로, 100m초 이하임을 특징으로 하는 커패시터의 충전방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 앞선 인가전압 E1의 인가시간 T1을 상기한 후속 인가전압 E2의 인가시간 T2보다 짧게 하며;상기한 앞선 인가시간 T1은, 상기한 커패시터의 용량 Co의 충전기간 ①과 상기한 커패시터의 용량 Co의 천이(遷移:transient) 기간 ②를 합한 이상의 기간으로, 100m초 이하임을 특징으로 하는 커패시터의 충전방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 앞선 인가전압 E1은 상기한 커패시터의 정격전압 보다 높으며, 상기한 후속 인가전압 E2는 상기한 커패시터의 정격전압과 실질적으로 동일함을 특징으로 하는 커패시터의 충전방법.
