Abstract

본 발명은 스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치에 관한 것으로서 종래 수납 케이스에 설치된 스카치 테이프를 사용하려 할 경우 감겨진 스카치 테이프를 풀고, 풀린 스카치 테이프를 절단시키는 작업이 수작업에 의해서만 가능하기 때문에 불편한 점이 많았다.

Description

스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치
본 발명은 다용도로 쓰이는 스카치 테이프에 관한 것으로, 특히 스카치 테이프를 그 수납 케이스에서 자동인출시킴과 아울러 인출된 스카치 테이프를 자동절단시킬 수 있게 하여 스카치 테이프를 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자의 편의성을 증대시킨 스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 스카치 테이프 수납 케이스에 스카치 테이프 인출수단 및 커팅수단을 설치하여 상기 인출 및 커팅수단의 조작에 의해 스카치 테이프를 그 수납 케이스에서 자동인출시킴과 아울러 인출된 스카치 테이프의 말단을 자동절단시킬 수 있게 하여 스카치 테이프를 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자의 편의성을 증대시킨 스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

이하 본 발명의 목적을 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 바람직한 실시예로서 그 기술구성 및 작용효과를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.수납 케이스(11)에서 인출시키는 인출수단; 및 상기 수납 케이스(11)에 설치되며 상기 인출수단에 의해 인출된 스카치 테이프(21)의 말단을 절단시키는 커팅수단으로 구성된 것이다.미설명 부호 49는 가동쇠(42)와 작동레버(43)가 설치되는 힌지핀을 나타낸 것이다.따라서 래칫핸들(32)을 당긴후 놓더라도 스카치 테이프(21)가 뒤로 인입되지는 않는 것이다.
이상에서 상술한 바와같이 본 발명은 스카치 테이프 인출수단과 커팅수단을 수납 케이스에 설치하여 스카치 테이프를 편리하게 자동인출 및 자동커팅시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로서 사용자의 편의성이 증대되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 스카치 테이프(21)가 내장되며 착탈용 덮개(12)를 가진 수납 케이스(11)와 상기 수납 케이스(11)에 설치되며 내주연에 래칫기어(31a)가 형성되어 대향된 한쌍의 래칫드럼(31); 상기 래칫드럼(31)의 축(31b)에 설치되는 한편 상기 축(31b)에 설치된 스프링(33)에 의해 압압되어 상기 래칫기어(31a)의 톱니에 끼워진 푸쉬걸쇠(32a)를 가진 래칫핸들(32); 상기 래칫드럼(31)과 벨트(37)로 연결되어 상기 래칫핸들(32)에 의한 상기 래칫드럼(31)의 회전과 동시에 스카치 테이프(21)의 선단을 상기 래칫드럼(31) 사이에 설치된 인출롤러(38)와 함께 원활하게 인출시키는 한쌍의 롤러(36); 및 스프링(35)에 의해 압압되어 상기 래칫기어(31a)의 톱니에 끼워져 상기 회전된 래칫드럼(31)의 역회전을 방지하는 지지걸쇠(34)로 된 인출수단과 상기 수납 케이스(11)에 설치된 커터 조작구(41); 상기 커터 조작구(41)에 의해 움직이는 가동쇠(42); 상기 가동쇠(42)에 의해 압압되어 스프링(44)을 누르면서, 상기 인출된 스카치 테이프(21)의 말단을 커팅하는 커터(47)가 설치된 작동레버(43); 스프링(46)에 의해 상기 작동레버(43)에 설치되어 상기 커터(47)를 일측에서 지지하며 커터(47)에 의한 스카치 테이프(21) 커팅시 스카치 테이프(21)를 잡아주는 파지구(45); 및 상기 커터를 타측에서 지지하는 지지스프링(48)으로 된 커팅수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인출된 스카치 테이프(21)를 접착면에 눌러 붙이도록 하는 누름부(11a)를 상기 수납 케이스(11)에 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스카치 테이프 자동인출겸 커팅장치.
