Abstract

본 고안은 급브레이크용 비상램프에 관한 것으로서, 차체에 별도의 스위치 및 비상등을 설치하여 자동차의 급제동시에는 브레이크등과 비상등이 동시에 턴온되도록하여 뒷차에 의한 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하기 위한 급브레이크용 비상등을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 고안에 따르면, 자동차를 일정속도 이상으로 고속주행하다가 급브레이크를 밟을 경우 뒷따라 주행하는 운전자에게 즉각 주의 신호를 주게됨으로써, 자동차의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있게 된다.

Description

급브레이크용 비상램프
본 고안은 급브레이크용 비상램프에 관한 것으로서, 특히 자동차 브레이크 페달 근처에 별도의 스위치를 설치하여 자동차의 급정거시에만 브레이크 램프외에 비상램프를 턴온시킴으로써 뒷따라 운행하는 운전자에게 즉각적인 주의 신호를 줄수 있는 급브레이크용 비상램프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차의 성능은 차체의 내구성, 주행력등으로 평가되고, 최근들어서는 에너지 절약 및 환경 오염 대책으로서 자동차 연비와 낮은 배출가스 부분이 부각되고 있으며, 이와 동시에 디자인에 대한 연구도 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
상기와 같은 자동차의 주행력에 못지않게 중요한 것은 자동차의 사고를 방지한다는 측면에서 제동성능에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이와는 별도로 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 자동으로 브레이크 램프가 턴온되도록함으로써, 뒷차에 의한 추돌사고를 방지하는데 기여하고 있다.
그러나, 종래의 브레이크 램프는 서행하다가 제동하는 경우와 고속 주행하다가 제동하는 경우가 구별되지 않고 모두 턴온됨으로써 뒷따라 주행하는 운전자로서는 앞차의 제동 상황을 파악하기 곤란하여 브레이크등으로서의 효과가 저감되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상술한 바와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 차체에 별도의 스위치 및 비상등을 설치하여 자동차의 급제동시에는 브레이크등과 비상등이 동시에 턴온되도록하여 뒷차에 의한 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하기 위한 급브레이크용 비상등을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 자동차의 급제동시에 브레이크등 및 비상등이 동시에 턴온되는 장치에 있어서, 일정속도 이하로 자동차 주행중에 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 배터리전원이 브레이크 램프로 공급되도록 스위칭하는 제1 스위치와 ; 일정속도 이상으로 자동차 주행중에 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 제1 스위치가 동작됨과 동시에 배터리전원이 비상램프로 공급되도록 스위칭하는 제2 스위치로 이루어진 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부 도면에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 급브레이크용 비상등의 회로도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 배터리전원(B+)이 브레이크 스위치(SW1)를 통하여 브레이크 램프(L1)로 공급되도록 연결되고, 상기 배터리전원(B+)과 브레이크 스위치(SW1)간에 비상 스위치(SW2)의 일단이 공통 접속되고, 그 스위치(SW2)의 타단이 비상램프(L2)와 전기적으로 연결된다.
이와같은 브레이크 스위치(SW1) 및 비상 스위치(SW2)는 자동차의 브레이크 페달을 밟게되면 눌려지는 위치에 설치되어 고속 주행상태에서 브레이크 페달을 밟게될 경우에만 상기 비상 스위치(SW2)가 턴온된다.
상기와 같은 급브레이크용 비상등을 턴온하기 위한 제1 내지 제2 스위치가 차체에 설치된 세부적인 상태를 보여주는 단면도인 도 2를 참조하여 설명하면, 브레이크 페달(12)이 차체(11)에 회동가능하도록 설치되고, 상기 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟으면 눌리는 지점에 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1) 및 비상 스위치(SW2)가 돌출된 형태로 위치된다.
그리고, 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와 비상 스위치(SW2)간에는 압축스프링이 설치되어 상기 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟고난후 원래 위치로 돌아가도록 하는 탄성력을 제공한다.
또한, 상기 제1 스위치 접점(13a)은 제1 피복 전선(15a)과 연결되고, 제2 스위치 접점(13b)은 제2 피복 전선(15b)과 연결된다.
따라서, 일정속도 이하로 자동차를 주행하다가 상기 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟게되면 금속성을 가진 브레이크 스위치(SW1)에 의하여 배터리전원(B+)이 브레이크 램프(L1)로 공급되고, 일정속도 이상으로 자동차를 주행하다가 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟게 되면 비상 스위치(SW2)에 의하여 배터리전원(B+)이 비상램프(L2)로 공급된다.
여기서, 도면에 도시되지는 않았지만, 상기 제1 피복 전선(15a)의 일단은 배터리전원(B+)과 연결되고, 타단은 브레이크 램프(L1)와 연결된 것이고, 이와 마찬가지로 상기 제2 피복 전선(15b)의 일탄은 배터리전원(B+)과 공통접속되고, 타단은 비상램프(L2)와 연결된 것이다.
또한, 상기 비상 스위치(SW2)는 급브레이크를 밟게 될 경우 스프링(14)의 탄성력이 스위치(SW2)의 가동접점 주위의 마찰력 보다 크게 되므로 뒤로 밀려 스위치 접점이 온되고 브레이크 페달(12)을 놓으면 상기 스프링(14)의 탄성에 의하여 원래 위치로 돌아가므로 오프된다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 고안에 따르면, 자동차를 일정속도 이상으로 고속주행하다가 급브레이크를 밟을 경우 뒷따라 주행하는 운전자에게 즉각 주의 신호를 주게됨으로써, 자동차의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 급제동시에 브레이크등 및 비상등을 동시에 턴온시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 자동차 주행중에 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 브레이크 램프(L1)가 턴온되게 하는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와 ; 소정속도 이상으로 자동차 주행중에 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 동작됨과 동시에 밟는 가속도에 의해 비상램프(L2)가 턴온되게하는 비상 스위치(SW2)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 급브레이크용 비상램프.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1)의 가동접점 후단과 비상스위치(SW2)의 전단에 스프링을 개재하여 나란히 설치되고, 상기 비상스위치(SW2)의 가동접점 주위가 스위치 몸체와 마찰결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급브레이크용 비상램프.
