Abstract

본 고안은 어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 어린이를 동반하고 자동차 여행을 할 때 어린이를 안전하게 앉힐 수 있도록 어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은, 시트쿠션(10)의 상면에 포개놓을 수 있도록 시트백(20)의 전면에 설치한 보조 쿠션(100)과, 시트쿠션(10)의 양측면에 각각 버클(210)이 설치되고 상기 버클(210)에 각각 착탈되며 상기 보조 쿠션(100)에 가려지도록 상기 시트백(20)에 2조의 리트랙터(220)와 벨트(230)를 설치한 어린이용 시트벨트(200)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.

Description

어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트
본 고안은 어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 어린이를 동반하고 자동차 여행을 할 때 어린이를 안전하게 앉힐 수 있도록 어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트에 관한 것이다.
자동차에 설치된 시트벨트는 자동차의 충돌사고시 탑승자의 몸을 시트에 안전하게 잡아주어 인명피해와 부상을 줄여주는 기능을 하고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 종래에 설치된 시트벨트는 성인의 체형에 맞게 설치하고 있으며 상대적으로 시트의 위치가 너무 낮아 어린이가 탑승하였을 경우에는 기존에 설치된 시트벨트를 사용할 수 없었다. 즉, 가슴벨트의 높이 및 각도가 너무 커 시트벨트를 어린이에게 착용시킬 경우에는 가슴벨트가 어린이의 목이나 머리를 지나므로 사용이 부적합하다.
따라서, 종래에는 별도의 어린이용 시트를 구비하여 뒷좌석에 장착하기도 하였다. 그러나 이러한 경우 어린이용 시트를 구비하는데 따른 비용이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 장착하고 탈거하는데 따른 번거로움이 많았다.
이러한 종래의 단점을 해소하기 위하여, 본 고안은 어린이의 체형에 맞게 시트의 높이를 높일 수 있도록 함과 동시에 어린이에게 적합한 규격의 시트벨트를 내장시켰다가 착용할 수 있도록 한 어린이 안정장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트를 제공하는데 있다.

본 고안은, 시트쿠션(10)의 상면에 포개놓을 수 있도록 시트백(20)의 전면에 설치한 보조 쿠션(100)과, 시트쿠션(10)의 양측면에 각각 버클(210)이 설치되고 상기 버클(210)에 각각 착탈되며 상기 보조 쿠션(100)에 가려지도록 상기 시트백(20)에 2조의 리트랙터(220)와 벨트(230)를 설치한 어린이용 시트벨트(200)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트의 구성도이고, 도 2는 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트의 사용상태 사시도이다.
도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 보조 쿠션(100)은 스펀지나 천을 주 소재로 하여 시트백(20)의 전면에 부착하고 필요에 따라 시트쿠션(10)의 상면에 포개놓을 수 있도록 한 것으로, 이를 위하여 보조 쿠션(100)의 하단은 끈(110)이나 작크로 시트백(20)의 하단에 고정시키고 상단은 자석이나 벨크로 화스너(120)로 시트백(20)의 상단 또는 시트쿠션(10)의 선단에 가 고정시킬 수 있는 구조로 형성할 수 있다.
도시된 실시예에서는 보조 쿠션(100)을 고정시키기 위하여 끈(110)과 벨크로 화스너(120)를 이용하였다.
그리고, 어린이용 시트벨트(200)는 보통 체격의 어린이가 착용하기에 알맞도록 설치한 것으로, 2개의 버클(210)을 각각 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임에 견고히 고정시키고 2조의 리트랙터(220)와 벨트(230)는 시트백(20)의 프레임에 견고히 고정시킬 수 있다. 이때 각각의 벨트(230)는 리트랙터(220)로 부터 인출시킨 다음 X자형으로 교차시켜 버클(210)에 록킹시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 미설명 부호 240은 버클(210)에 벨트(230)를 록킹시키기 위한 텅플레이트이다.
이러한 구조로 된 본 고안은 평상시에는 보조 쿠션(100)을 시트백(20)에 부착시킨 상태로 시트를 사용하고, 어린이의 탑승시에는 보조 쿠션(100)과 어린이용 시트벨트(200)를 사용하여 어린이를 안전하게 보호할 수 있다.
도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 먼저 보조 쿠션(100)을 시트쿠션(10)에 포개어 놓고 어린이를 보조 쿠션(100) 위에 앉힌 다음 어린이용 시트벨트(200)를 착용시키면 된다. 이때 벨트(230)가 어린이의 가슴을 지나면서 X자형을 이루도록 하면된다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 고안은 보조 쿠션(100)을 사용하여 어린이의 체형에 맞게 시트의 높이를 높일 수 있으며 어린이에게 적합한 규격의 어린이용 시트벨트(200)를 내장시켰다가 착용할 수 있도록 하였으므로 자동차 여행을 할 때 어린이를 안전하게 보호할 수 있으며, 별도의 어린이용 안전장구를 구입하여 설치할 필요가 없으므로 사용하기에도 편리한 장점이 있다.

  1. 시트쿠션(10)의 상면에 포개놓을 수 있도록 시트백(20)의 전면에 설치한 보조 쿠션(100)과,
    시트쿠션(10)의 양측면에 각각 버클(210)이 설치되고 상기 버클(210)에 각각 착탈되며 상기 보조 쿠션(100)에 가려지도록 상기 시트백(20)에 2조의 리트랙터(220)와 벨트(230)를 설치한 어린이용 시트벨트(200)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이 안전장구를 구비한 자동차용 시트
