Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 야간 정비시 조명으로 사용하는 정비용 램프 구조에 관한 것으로서,
케이스 부(35)와, 상기 케이스 부(35)의 내부에 삽입된 소켓부(39)로 구성되는 정비용 램프 구조에 있어서,
상기 정비용 램프 구조(30)는상기 케이스 부(35)의 상단에서 절연 기능을 하기위한 절연판(41)과, 피접촉부에 접합되는 자석(43)과, 본넷에 흐르는 (-) 전극과 접속되는 철심(45)과, 배터리의 (+)단자에 접촉되는 집게(49)로 구성된다.
이것에 의해, 전력원의 위치가 매우 자유로와서 사용자의 편의를 증대시키는 효과가 있다.

Description

정비용 램프 구조 (LAMP STRUCTURE FOR MAINTENANCE)
본 고안은 정비용 램프 구조에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세히는 차량의 야간 정비시 조명으로 사용하는 정비용 램프 구조에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우를 도 1을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
종래의 정비용 램프 구조(1)는 케이스 부(7)와, 상기 케이스 부(7)의 내부에 위치한 전구(3)와, 상기 전구(3)를 보호하기 위한 보호망(9)과, 상기 전구(3)를 장착하는 소켓부(5)과, 상기 소켓부(5)의 상단에 연결된 전선(11)과, 상기 전선(11)의 단부에 장착된 시거 잭 삽입 소켓(13)으로 구성된다.
그러나, 종래와 같은 구성의 정비용 램프 구조는 차량의 야간 정비시 시거 잭에 시거 잭 삽입 소켓을 삽입하여 사용해야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상술한 종래의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 차량의 본넷에서 전력을 얻으므로서 시거 잭 사용의 불편함을 해소 시킨 정비용 램프 구조를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위한 정비용 램프 구조의 일예로서,
케이스 부와, 상기 케이스 부의 내부에 삽입된 소켓부로 구성되는 정비용 램프 구조에 있어서,
상기 정비용 램프 구조는상기 케이스 부의 상단에서 절연 기능을 하기위한 절연판과, 피접촉부에 접합되는 자석과, (-) 전극과 접촉되는 철심과, 배터리의 (+)단자에 접촉되는 집게로 구성된다.
이러한 구성에 의해, 전력원의 위치가 매우 자유로와서 사용자의 편의를 증대시키는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 고안의 실시예를 도 2를 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 정비용 램프 구조(30)는 케이스 부(35)와, 상기 케이스 부(35)의 내부에 삽입된 소켓부(39)로 구성된다.
상기 케이스 부(35)는 전구(32)와, 상기 전구(32)를 보호하는 보호망(37)과, 상기 케이스 부(35)의 상단에 위치한 절연판(41)과, 상기 절연판(41)의 상단에 위치한 자석(43)으로 구성된다.
상기 소켓부(35)는 상기 소켓부(35)의 일면에 장착된 철심(45)과, 상기 소켓부(39)의 타면에 전선(47)으로 연결된 집게(49)로 구성된다.
일반적으로 차량의 본넷(도시않음)은 약 95% 이상이 통전이 가능한 금속으로 되어 있으며 항상 (-) 전류가 흐르고 있다. 따라서 상기 자석(43)을 본넷의 어느 곳에나 부착하게 되면 (-) 전극용 철심이 닿게되고 그 다음에 (+) 전극용 집게(49)를 배터리(도시않음)의 (+) 단자에 연결하여 쉽게 전력을 공급받을수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안에 따른 정비용 램프 구조는 전력원의 위치가 매우 자유로와서 사용자의 편의를 증대시키는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 설명한 것은 본 고안에 따른 정비용 램프 구조를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로서, 본 고안은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 않고, 이하의 실용신안등록청구의 범위에서 청구하는 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능할 것이다.

  1. 케이스 부(35)와, 상기 케이스 부(35)의 내부에 삽입된 소켓부(39)로 구성되는 정비용 램프 구조에 있어서,
    상기 케이스 부(35)의 상단에서 절연 기능을 하기위한 절연판(41)과, 피접촉부에 접합되는 자석(43)과, 본넷에 흐르는 (-) 전극과 접속되는 철심(45)과, 배터리의 (+)단자에 접촉되는 집게(49)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 정비용 램프 구조.
