Claims (21)
- 폴리술폰계 고분자를 주성분으로 하는 다공질 중공사막으로서,
내표면측이 치밀하고 외표면측이 조대한 비대칭 구조를 갖고, 내표면의 구멍의 단경의 평균값이 20nm 이상 40nm 이하이며, 내표면의 개공률이 5% 이상 30% 이하이며,
또한 외표면 및 내표면의 양쪽의 표면에 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛을 함유하는 고분자가 담지되어서 이루어지는 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
구멍지름 130nm 이상의 구멍이 존재하지 않는 내표면측의 치밀층의 두께가 1㎛ 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내표면의 구멍의 단경에 대한 장경의 비가 2 이상 6 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
막두께가 20㎛ 이상 100㎛ 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛이 「-CH(OCO-R)-CH2-」(R은 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 탄화수소기)로 나타내어지는 유닛인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 R이 탄소수 1∼20의 지방족 탄화수소기인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛이 아세트산 비닐 유닛, 프로판산 비닐 유닛, 부티르산 비닐 유닛, 펜탄산 비닐 유닛, 피발산 비닐 유닛, 및 헥산산 비닐 유닛으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛을 함유하는 고분자가 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛을 포함하는 소수성 유닛과, 친수성 유닛으로 이루어지는 공중합체인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 유닛이 비닐피롤리돈 유닛인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛을 함유하는 고분자가 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛과 비닐피롤리돈 유닛으로 이루어지는 공중합체인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 중공사막의 외표면 또는 내표면 중 적어도 한쪽의 표면을 X선 광전자 분광법으로 측정했을 때, 탄소 유래의 전피크 면적을 100(원자수%)으로 했을 때의 에스테르기 유래의 탄소 피크의 면적 백분률이 0.1(원자수%) 이상 25(원자수%) 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 중공사막의 외표면 또는 내표면 중 적어도 한쪽의 표면을 현미 적외 분광 분석법으로 측정했을 때, 에스테르기 유래의 적외 흡수 스펙트럼의 피크 면적(ACOO)과 폴리술폰계 폴리머의 벤젠환 유래의 적외 흡수 스펙트럼의 피크 면적(ACC)의 비(ACOO)/(ACC)의 평균값이 0.01 이상 1 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카르복실산 비닐에스테르 유닛을 함유하는 고분자의 수 평균 분자량이 1,000 이상 1,000,000 이하인 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 다공질 중공사막을 하우징에 수용해서 이루어지는 다공질 중공사막 모듈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
바이러스 제거 공정용에 사용되는 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
항체를 산생하는 세포와 항체를 분리하는 공정에서 사용되는 다공질 중공사막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
항체와 항체의 응집체의 분리 공정에서 사용되는 다공질 중공사막. - 세포 및 단백질을 함유하는 용액으로부터 소망의 세포 또는 단백질을 얻기 위한 정제 시스템으로서, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 다공질 중공사막과, 상기 중공사막보다 지름이 작은 구멍을 갖는 분리막을 갖고, 상기 다공질 중공사막과 상기 분리막이, 상기 용액이 상기 다공질 중공사막과 상기 분리막에 의해 연속적으로 처리되도록 배치되어 이루어지는 정제 시스템.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
바이러스 제거 공정용에 사용되는 다공질 중공사막 모듈. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
항체를 산생하는 세포와 항체를 분리하는 공정에서 사용되는 다공질 중공사막 모듈. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
항체와 항체의 응집체의 분리 공정에서 사용되는 다공질 중공사막 모듈.
