발향 천연 식물을 일정한 크기로 세절 및 세척하여 건조하고,
건조한 식물에 증류수를 넣어 수증기 증류 추출장치에서 고온 추출을 한 다음,
오일이 제거된 증류액을 응축하여 특이 향취를 포함하는 하이드로졸을 수득하는 단계로 제조되며,
제조된 하이드로졸은 보관을 위해 프로판다이올, 부틸렌글라이콜, 펜틸렌글라이콜, 1,2-헥산다이올, 에틸헥실글리세린으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용제를 이용하여 여과시키며,
상기 (S2) 단계는,
발향 천연 식물을 일정한 크기로 세절 및 세척하여 건조하고,
건조한 식물을 정제수, 에탄올, 부틸렌글라이콜 및 프로판다이올, 펜틸렌글라이콜로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매에 투입하여 40 oC - 100 oC 사이의 온도에서 추출하여 특이 향취를 포함하는 추출물을 수득하는 단계로 제조되며, 제조된 추출물은 저온에서 냉침하여 여과시키고,
상기 하이드로졸 및 추출물은, 천연 추출 복합물 총 중량대비 60중량% 내지 90중량%의 범위로 포함되고,
상기와 같이 제조된 천연 추출 복합물은 제1형 프로콜라겐 합성을 증가시키고, UVB 노출에 의해 감소된 세포의 생존율을 높이며,
다마스크장미꽃수, 라벤더꽃수, 동백나무꽃추출물, 레몬밤잎추출물, 부틸렌글라이콜, 펜틸렌글라이콜, 1,2-헥산다이올 및 정제수를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 추출 복합물 제조방법.(S1) Hydrosol manufacturing step using scented natural plants;
