Claims (14)
- 내측부재(200)와 외측부재(300)가 복열의 전동체(400)를 통해 상대회전 가능하게 연결되어 차량의 차륜을 차체에 회전 가능하게 장착하여 지지하는 휠베어링이며,
상기 휠베어링의 단부에는 외부의 이물질이 유입되거나 내부의 윤활유가 누출되는 것을 방지하기 위한 씰링부재(500)가 구비되고,
상기 씰링부재(500)는 기본 몸체를 형성하는 프레임(510)과 상기 프레임(510)에 부착되는 탄성 씰링부(520)를 포함하고,
상기 프레임(510)은 축방향으로 연장하는 원통형 압입부와 상기 원통형 압입부로부터 절곡되어 반경방향으로 연장하는 연장부를 포함하고,
상기 탄성 씰링부(520)는 하나 이상의 씰링립을 구비하고,
상기 씰링립은 주된 씰링 기능을 수행하는 메인 씰링립(530)과 상기 메인 씰링립(530)의 내측에 위치하는 보조 씰링립(540)을 포함하고,
상기 메인 씰링립(530) 및 상기 보조 씰링립(540)은 상대부재의 씰링면에 접촉해 씰링을 수행하는 접촉식 씰링립으로 구성되고,
상기 메인 씰링립(530)이 접촉하는 제1 씰링면(222)과 상기 보조 씰링립(540)이 접촉하는 제2 씰링면(224)은 상이한 직경으로 형성되며,
상기 씰링부재(500)는 상기 프레임(510)의 원통형 압입부가 상기 휠베어링의 외측부재(300)의 내주면에 압입되어 장착되고,
상기 메인 씰링립(530)의 접촉부 직경은 상기 보조 씰링립(540)의 접촉부 직경보다 작은 직경으로 형성되며,
상기 제1 씰링면(222)의 직경은 상기 제2 씰링면(224)의 직경보다 작은 직경으로 형성되고,
상기 메인 씰링립(530)의 접촉부 직경은 상기 제1 씰링면(222)의 직경보다 작은 직경으로 형성되며,
상기 보조 씰링립(540)의 접촉부 직경은 상기 제1 씰링면(222)의 직경보다 크고 상기 제2 씰링면(224)의 직경보다 작은 직경으로 형성되고,
상기 메인 씰링립(530)이 접촉하는 제1 씰링면(222)과 상기 보조 씰링립(540)이 접촉하는 제2 씰링면(224)은 경사면(226)을 통해 연결되도록 구성되는,
