Description
The present invention relates to an arched roof panel, and more particularly, to an arched roof panel capable of improving the bonding strength between components constituting the arched roof panel and improving the assemblability of the parts, and a method of constructing an arched roof using the same. will be.
In general, in the case of buildings such as houses, factories, shopping malls, offices, warehouses, and the like, roof panels having various structures are used to construct the roof.
Sandwich structure roof panels in which lightweight porous materials such as Styrofoam or urethane foam are installed between the upper and lower plates made of thin and high strength materials are widely used, and these roof panels are a construction method in which several roof panels are connected in succession A roof can be made through the back.
On the other hand, in the case of auditoriums and warehouses that require large-scale and wide indoor space, unlike high-rise buildings, arched roofs using arched roof panels are mainly constructed to reduce installation costs and simplify the manufacturing process. A method of preparing a plurality of arched roof panels in a state in which the ground work of the building and the framing of both side walls have been completed, and then connecting the upper panels of the adjacent arched roof panels with a standing seam. can be done through
Such an arched roof panel is composed of a plurality of lower panels connected by geomeol-folding, a lower insulation material is installed inside the lower panel, and a connecting bar is installed on the lower panel where the lower insulation material is installed, and the upper insulation material is interposed between these connecting bars. is installed, and the upper panel connected by geomeol-folding on the connecting bar is installed again, so that an arched roof can be configured.
However, when fixing the connecting bar to the lower panel, such a conventional arched roof panel places the lower part of the connecting bar on the bent top of the lower panel, and fastens the parts where they come into contact with each other with fastening screws. In the state where they are placed, they are also fixed to each other using fastening screws.
Therefore, in this conventional configuration, when the connecting bar is connected to the lower panel, the connecting bar is fastened using a fastening screw to the top of the narrow lower panel, so that the fastening work is not easy and the work takes a long time, resulting in poor workability. There was a problem with this being bad.
In addition, as the fastening screws that have been fastened over time are easily loosened, the fastening force between the lower panel and the connecting bar or the connecting bar and the upper panel is weakened, so that a solid coupling state cannot be maintained and shaken or separated from each other.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides an arched roof panel and a method of constructing an arched roof using the same to further improve the bonding strength of the parts constituting the arched roof panel and to double the assembly between parts. are doing
